Good evening Nairalanders, Pls something brought me here and it has been bothering me a lot. I couldn't further my education after secondary school due to financial setbacks, so I had to hustle to raise money for my education. Now I am 26 years old and I have a car that I use for Uber. I recently gained admission to study accounting and I've also enrolled in ICAN AATSWA classes, but I'm contemplating if I should go back to school due to the fact that I will be 31 by the time I graduate, (it's a private university so no strike). So automatically, no NYSC for me. Let's say I am chartered by the time I graduate, will I be able to get graduate trainee jobs considering my age? Is it worth going through all that stress to get a degree and still be discriminated on at the end of the day? Also, what's the maximum entry age for Lagos state Civil service? Pls I need genuine response from you guys, and I appreciate in advance. |
Just seeing this, so how is it going? Were you able to secure the graduate trainee job? |
