@ Mikky, got my Mac yesterday. But o boy my colleague that helped with pick up fear that area wey Alex dey stay (especially the hotel) no be small oo, he had to call me several times whether he is in a right place. As i did not go myself (am not in Lag) i did'nt have 1st hand information. Does anybody in the house feel that way too?

In all fairness to you, the phone arrived in Nigeria according to the date you promised!!! It was in Lagos that it spent extra 4 days, but its a good thing you have added an additional hand to assist Felix, that shows you are listening to the complaints of your customers and that is how to grow a business!!! I still blame you on this cos you never mensioned that to me!!! Am not saying you did bad in sourcing the link for me, but if you had informed me that its coming without charger i would have thrown-in some few extra dollars to buy an original charger along rather than risk buying a fake one here!!! Its not as much about the money but more about openness and communication towards your customers in all transactions.

However its not the one in the link you sent to me!! What was delivered is a hermes paris iphone 5 and the link you sent me was at&t unlocked. Also am surprised to be told that it didnt come with charger, that beats my imagination!!! How can you do such !!! After waiting for over two 2wks. Lastly as there was no charger and the battery completely flat, the condition of the phone cannot be verified!!! That is very bad!!! I cannot say if working or not and if truly unlocked!!! Am just having a bad feeling about this. Its not proper and fair at all to order a phone all the way from us only to be looking for a charger here! i didnt want to discussed this here but you didnt reply my mail!!! So have got no choice. On Tuesday my I called him around 11am he promised to dispatch someone to effect the delivery within 1hr, but up till close of business yesterday it was not delivered!!! Since then I have been calling him and he is not picking my calls.

@Linkto you are doing a good job, but communication is still a major issue where you are concerned.

You really need to open up fast as well as trendy means of communicating with your customers e.g BB PIN and whastapp. Thats by far better than email and yahoo messenger!! ( who use a YM again this days any way).
