@Albion.Thank you Sir for your encouragement.God will fulfill your heart desires. I read your refusal story.Strong men & women dont give up.You are a very bold and strong guy. You carried on and did not allow it to weigh you down.I know you will definitely succeed.
I will start working on my hubby statement of account.
Albion05:
Re-apply dear, this particular VO was explanatory on his/her reason for the insufficient fund.
There is no problem, put yourself together and reapply this time using your hubby as your sponsor, since he has a good paying job, inflow and outflow also good.

You will get your Grant!..
In your letter of explanation/Clarification on your previous refusal, state the steps you have taken to address the issue of insuficient fund raised before.
You can as well start now to transfer fund to your hubbys account using different names( pay in and withdrawal to show a good inflow and out flow before he prints his statement of account).
Goodluck!...

Thanks for shedding more light on this sponsor issue. The 14million was after i had paid my half semester tuition with health insurance inclusive. The VO calculated the balance of tuition and living expenses for a year and reduce it remains 2000aus dollars to complete. He also said because my mum is retired, she cant use all her pension money to sponsor me.
My question is if I address the sponsor issue using my hubby is Visa assured for me? He has a good paying job and is financial statement is very good.
Cangrejo:
Good evening everyone, in response to Chimax's question..

This Visa Application thing requires a whole lot of preparation and from some stories calon this thread i have seen how honesty/transparency can have a negative impact on ones application...What's the big deal in a retiree sponsoring his or her ward..
This VO's are in search of any loop hole, the moment they find one you can't escape the dagger.. However, showing your sponsor as retired is weak in the sense that the sponsor is not employed neither is he/she into any form of business whatsoever.. So, not a good source of income...
In Contrast, we have pensioners that are buoyant financially e.g 50m in savings. I feel this set of sponsor might get a pass from the CO. Pension funds still not a good source of funds unless it's directed into business where other funds will reflect in the SOA..

The 14m being insufficient has some risk factors
1). The Institution: AL1 schools are mostly expensive compared to other AL'S... It depends on your annual fees and tuition deposit.. The higher the fees the more funds you need to show....

2) After Paying your tuition deposit, how much do you have left...The funds left must be greater than or equal to (Remainder of your first year tuition + Accomodation for a year + Travel cost..) If your balance surpasses this then you have fufilled the financial requirement.

If you had the14million from the start and you got admitted into a uni like uni of Sydney or Melbourne where you can't pay less than 20000 AUD as tuition deposit which is approx 6m in naira...Then you will be left with 8m, Hmmm.. I'm sure by the time you calculate the balance of your first year tuition+Housing and flight it will be higher than the 8m

If it was what you had left after paying tuition deposit then it means VO doesn't want to pass you Visa...Or because you stated your sponsor is a retiree

So my question is Was the 14m what you had left after paying tuition deposit or what you had altogether from the start..

Finally, Visa na àbiku and is only given by the creator..God help us all
