This is Nigeria; we know what our police are capable of doing. From what I see, it is obvious that she was compelled to write this. Besides, going the length of posting this letter goes a long way to prove the credibility of maxyeboa's comments about the company. For an employer, u seem harsh and difficult to enjoy working with because u went too far in proving your point. No hard feelings though.

You did not read that she wrote the letter in the office? She wrote it on her desk in her office after she was caught.

I hope ur police will come with a genuine accusation if they as much as have nothing else to do but let u use them to coerce people into submission. but one last question- why did u still deduct those shortages from other staffs even after forcing someone to pay all of it? The company's response was long to enable readers of your comments gain valuable insights into the motive and reasons behind the veil of your slanderous comments.

You could not deny that:
a) You were stealing company's money and declaring it as shortages;
b) You refused promotion because the next level will deny you opportunity to cash;
c) You were arrested by the police for fraud;
d) You have not fully refunded the money you stole;
e) You were presented with end-of-year gift which, in itself an indication of a company that values her staff

Instead of you to bury your head in shame and nurse your regrets silently, you are here ranting and aiming to smear the same company you and your boyfriend were tearfully begging not to allow you go to prison.

In fact, one of the Sales Attendants you worked with was in the company today to see even she could be considered for work, having finished from school. She shared her story of how you always take products home under the disguise that the Chairman's PA had signed. If the Company is not conducive, not sure she would want to come back.

Finally, spotting you was not that difficult because you were the only one with your own peculiar shameful, despicable and fraudulent record and experience.

If you rant further, we will publish the letter of admittance you issued to management when you were caught red handed with fraudulent diversion and suppression of company's funds and put a caveat on you in major Nigerian newspapers.

it's not badoo really. however, whoever u r sending it to, advice d person to go with a thick skin cos the "chairman" as he is called will batter his/her self esteem with insults and threats, pay 3/4th of the penultimate salary by mid of next month due to deductions made for unavoidable reasons, and still will expect he/she to drive sales for over preserved products that sometimes are already margot-infested. for more insight, check the poster's profile. he has severally posted not more than 10 positions in less than 6 months. personnel management is obviously hell on earth at this workplace

A forensic analysis of maxyeboa's post reveals that maxyeboa was the Sales Attendant that was handed over to the police for fraudulent diversion of company's money in January 2017. maxyeboa paid back part of the stolen money and promised to pay the remaining balance by the end of February 2017 which she has not done up till today. We spoke with the Investigating Police Office Officer about three weeks ago who said the police are still on her trail.

While on bail, maxyeboa angrily returned the end-of-year gift she was given by the company in December 2016 to one of the company's outlets. The gift is still where she dropped it since.

maxyeboa worked with the company for about six months and all through her stay till she was arrested, she was constantly stealing company's money which she normally declared as cash shortages. These normally were deducted from her salaries hence her claim of being paid "3/4" of salary.

While working with the company, maxyeboa refused promotion from sales attendant to supervisory level because, as investigation later revealed, she would rather remain a low level staff for as long as she would be having access to cash to steal, pilfer and fraudulently divert.

maxyeboa, you mentioned insult and threat! Which employer will praise a thieve and a fraudster like maxyeboa. You are stealing the company's money and undermining the company's profitability and yet you are expecting to be praised and smiled at? The company did not threaten you, they actually handed you over to the police as they stated.

Our repeated job postings have been for driver which became vacant about four months ago following the confirmed incidents of forged gas invoice and violence at workplace against the exited driver. We considered driving job very sensitive in the company hence the due diligence we always carry out which some of those that have applied did not pass. We don't want to end up having another "maxyeboa" in the company.

You registered in this platform in April 2017 and all you have been busy doing was to undermine the company's posts since then. The bitter seed you have planted will grow up for you to eat now and in the future.

We have not hired new staff in the production, Admin or maintenance departments in the last six months you mentioned because we have relative personnel stability in the company. We also pride ourselves as one of the most professionally managed companies in the Nigeria as confirmed by our consistent growth and profitability. We do not have room for indolence and mediocrity. That is why our staff derive added value while working with us and can shine and hold their heads up anywhere they go.

In the meantime, we have notified the IPO to intensify the search for you with a view to bring you to justice.
