The wage disparity is very true. The case has been at the Ministry of labour since last year. The director of labour swept it under the carpet. The workers have cried for union but the mgt refused. Rather, they tried to force a pupet union on the workers (NUCFRLANMPE) but the workers refused and asked for NUPENG.

You ought to see how the peaceful protesting workers we're flogged like cattles by soldiers and mopol. They we're instructed by an Indian who is the head of security in indorama.

I still wonder how security forces will be allowed to carry and shoot live ammunition in a process plant. They threw stun grenade at workers.

God will surely punish them all.

The rights of no Nigerian is protected under the law. All the International labour laws Nigeria is signatory to and ratified at home are all a fat joke. We place higher value on expats who just stand akimbo from morning till evening pointing fingers over our own technicians here in Nigeria. If their own country values them so much, they wouldnt be here in the first place. 1. 3D Animators/VFX/CGI Experts [Top Priority]

The individual must hone special and dynamic skills for CGI & VFX imagery (Still & Animated Imagery). Ability to use Auto-desk Maya, Adobe After Effects , Illustrator & Premier Pro will be an added advantage.

Any Bachelors Degree in computer science, Software Engineering or any related discipline shall be the criteria for selection.

2. Web Developers [Top Priority]

We will need an individual who is highly skilled in website development and who can work with MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS and other database languages. He/She must be someone who understands what it means to have a web architecture that syncs front-end and back-end perfectly with great attention to aesthetics. Evidence of jobs done will be an added advantage.

A Bachelors Degree in computer science or Software Engineering or any related discipline shall be accepted for this position.

3. Sales Executives

If successful, the Sales Executive will be in charge of sales, marketing, promotions, content management, client relationship management and ensure profit of the organisation by converting leads to sales.

The criteria for selection shall be a minimum of OND in Business Administration/Marketing or any related discipline. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have at least 2 years as Sales Executive or related field.

4. Graphics Designers

The Graphics Designer should be able to utilize Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop perfectly. He/She must also be a designer that is multi-talented, extremely creative and can come up with multiple descriptive graphic design for product promotion on short notice.

A minimum of OND in any field shall be accepted.

5. Customer Care Rep

The Customer Care Agent shall be responsible for Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or resolve sales dispute between Buyers & Sellers.

6. Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer shall execute all accounting transactions and effect the necessary reconciliation of outstanding transactions, Keep abreast of relevant accounting regulations and ensure updating of existing instruction processes and procedures, Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Participate in the development of financial procedures and model documents, including check lists, for all of the essential financial activities. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or any related discipline. The candidate will be one who can use modern accounting software's and has functioned in a similar role with a minimum of 3years experience.
