The only Guvnor that performed better than Obi in that list is Fashola and we all know why. Ngige only concentrated on road construction and payment of salaries owed by the Mbadinuju's administration. Anambra was basically in perpetual darkness and backward until Obi introduced ANIDS, a program he used to develop all sectors simultaneously. Politicians hated him for being frugal and always ensuring the states funds was managed properly. I lived in Awka during his tenure and saw him visit my school severally with just a bus and armed policemen in same bus with him. Let's try and appreciate good people when we can.
