CareerFive Quickest Ways To Succeed As A Student by formulacounsel(op): 10:17pm On Jul 05, 2015
1 Be Studious: Create time each day at your own convenience to study your books. There is no magic to having a good result order than being studious.
2 Avoid procrastination: procrastination is the thief of time. Stand up, do that assignment and read that material today not tomorrow. Tomorrow does not exist because when that tomorrow comes,it becomes today.
3 Make friends with those better than you I.e, those you can learn from.
4 Don't Remain in the failure: so many students give up when they fail once, twice or more. No don't give up too soon. There is still hope for you. Failure gives you an insight of what you need to do to succeed.
5 Learn from the stories of those who succeeded in your field: Learn from those that are ahead of you. Try and stand on the shoulder of those that have gone ahead of you and You shall succeed.

The following steps when practiced will help you succeed as a leader.
1 lead yourself first: As a leader or an intending leader,it is Paramount to be able to lead yourself. This means that you must be able to discipline yourself to become the first follower of yourself.

2 Take responsibility and not position: leadership is not position but being responsible to handle and solve problems.

3 Become a servant: Its quite unfortunate that most leaders do not know that they are servants. Your duty as a leader is to serve and not to be served.

SportsRe: Why We Sacked Stephen Keshi- NFF by formulacounsel(m): 7:01pm On Jul 05, 2015
nerodenero:
Amaju Pinnick-led NFF never wanted Keshi and he made it known on assumption of office. NFF sacked him and were made to rescind their decision because powerful men under Jonathan compelled them to do so, the reason they dragged the matter of appointing him so long.

Even when the powerful men left power, it would have been childish for them to sack him again, so they offered him a contract while looking for any lapses to sack him. Unfortunately, the Ivorian job gave them that opportunity to do the needful and unfortunately, Keshi had no powerful men to fight his course. His sack was imminent, besides, sacking is part of the job.
To me the sack of Mr Keshi is no more a shock, following the many fight between him and the NFF prior to the sack.. The good news about keshi is that He has written his name in the history book of coaches that have won the so much covetted african nation's cup.
