Please is it true that i cant use baby powder for my one month old baby at night ?

Hello new moms , this is actually my first post on this platform and I'm hoping I'll get some advice.
Please i am a first time mum and delivered via a c section. I know they say i should take my time to loose the tummy fat.but can anyone suggest a quicker way to do so.is it possible to loose tummy fat after a c section ?
