We have them in Asia North Korea, China etc All they think is how to remain young and stay in power for life hence every one will gladly choose to travel to America or Europe rather than Russia, China , North Korea , Iran , Venezuela, Cameron , Uganda , Guinea etc
These men only want to remain in power so who so ever sponsors them will then use them to permanently enslave there people, using fear and power as weapons.
