There was this grave silence in the North during the regime of Buhari, especially when his policies were clearly emboldening terrorism in the North.

For instance, they instituted the policy of rehabilitation of repentant terrorists; a policy where by, captured terrorists, who had killed and maimed thousands of people including Nigerian soldiers in the most barbaric way one can imagine, were taken to centres where they were clothed, fed fat and subsequently released with largees back into the society.
