Nigerians need to learn that African time is not acceptable.

I went to a primary school where if you did not get into school at eight am....you were locked out. Sometimes they'd let you in...after one hour...(by which time you had missed the first class of the day....usually mathematics). And you had to apologize to the class before they let you in.

The effects on my life.? Thanks to that habit.....I am now pathologically scared of coming late for any event or work!(Even had a nightmare in the run up to my final exams in medical school....where I was 2 hours late to said exam. Scared me well well ).

I honestly do not know why Nigerians do not believe in the value of time. You may laugh at my fear of coming late to work. But if I come late to work....patients will be left waiting for hours on end. And when there is an emergency..... Either way...people are left angry and hurt.

It is high time Nigerians learned to think about others welfare. Yes assaulting people is bad.....but I doubt the good voters in the above mentioned polling unit woke up that morning thinking ''I am going to beat up an INEC official today''. Please...INEC....take note for future reference. This is not the first time it has happened.It must not happen again.

This is the first situation this year, where I feel that the police-man who gunned the dude down deserves a medal ....

The dude should have quietly cast his vote and gone home to pray that his favorite candidate emerges the best rigger, instead of forming Rambo and testing the patience of trigger-happy policemen who can't differentiate between concerned honest citezens and Political thugs


And for all those quoting me and spewing trash, please tomorrow is another election day... Feel free to go to any polling booth and insist on enforcing any 'right' which is different from casting your vote. .. You will not be differentiated fron the political thug who aims to truncate the democratic process... And the security agencies have their orders...

in southern states which includes south west,south east,south south e.t.c goodluck jonathan and buhari are around 50/50,judging by this it is obvious that buhari will win this election if it is not rigged.......infact BUHARI is winning right now in ogun state and oyo state ,buhari will even win the south west despite all the dollars that jonathan shared to obas and co....

It is not a secrete that Goodluck Jonathan has been ruling for about six years. Were there trains in the past sixx years? Were there Almajiri schools? YouWin, GIS, GWin, 12 new universities, rehabilitation of roads nationwide and so many others too numerous to mention are parts of Goodluck Jonathan's achievements. Mind you, this is democracy, where decisions making pass through many processes.
