Am a yoruba christian but i know of many yoruba muslims who didn't vote for buhari in 2015 ( as i and will never vote for him taking full cognizance of buhari's antecedents and personality) so i will implore you to try and just ignore those innately mischievous souls who make out like as if. sending that useless spendthrift back to the creeks (where he truly belongs) was a mistake and betrayal of some imaginary southern unity which only exit in the deep crevice of their greedy gluttonous mind. Now that Jonathan is gone, there access to gravy train has been dealt a huge blow hence their obvious hateful response.

Like you rightly said, there were fulani killings of southerners in Jonathan's tenure and he couldn't stop it. In fact, these killings goes far back to Obj's time. Hausa/fulanis have always found a reason or two no matter how irrational it may sound to sane minds to slaughter us southerners at will. I remembered the response Obj gave to a BBC hardtalk reporter on the killings that ensued after the introduction of sharia in zamfara state before the other northern states came onboard. "I dey Kampe" was Obj's reply simply because he knew that even him, can't singularly confront the might of the northern oligarchy who incidentally, were also instrumental in his transition from prisoner to president.

The reporter's face was something else to behold!!

Nobody convinced me...I convinced myself. We cldnt just continue like that with looters everywhere in Abj during Jonathan ere. Felt we truly needed a change.

I will never support genocide Pa Chukwudi. I only stated this when someone confronted me by saying I'm part of what is happening in Nigeria...simply said Jonathan made me to vote Buhari...if Jonathan had done well , blocked all the loopholes by which there wld be minimal looting...wld have voted him again, the same way I voted for him in 2011.
The way people were spending money recklessly...looting with impunity...shoving it to our faces as if others were lazy...
Come 2019, if I cldnt see a credible candidate, wld rather stay indoor...I must confess, I regretted voting Buhari in 2015 same way I regretted voting Jonathan in 2011.
I just hope, it wld not degenerate to the point of not voting for anybody again...I hope that time wldnt come.

Ur Jonathan that almost looted this country out of the world map...the way monies were flying in Abuja during Jonathan regime, u wld be ashamed of being a Nigerian, except ofcourse u r a beneficiary. I know of a man that works in a state owned(FCT) education agency...he lived large on corruption( buying expensive cars , womanizing- giving money freely to his concubines)during ur Jona and come see his shadow now
