Please tell ur friend to undergo the HSG test irrespective of being secondary infertility and she should encourage the husband to run his own tests too.

I have told her to run the HSG test. As for her husband only God will touch him, getting most Nigerian men to run tests especially when it has to do with infertility is no joke.

The husband is her major concern, he has refused to run any tests. I also told her that pelvic scan wasn't enough she said the sonographer told her that since she's had a child before that her case is secondary infertility and she doesn't need HSG...

@ fpeter, the only issue i see here is the fibroid, which is not really an issue cos they are not the big sizes and types (sub mucousal) that hinder conception, all the other anatomy appear okay.

My dear, I don't know that guy well but looking at his picture from an earlier post he comes across as a gay man. I may be wrong though but I suspect he is gay.
