In a nut shell is high protein and veg/fruit. zero carbs unless it is complex carbs and lots of water at least 3 liters a day. I have done it before and within a month i dropped a dress size ( I did it because i gained some weight when I was on some fertility drugs in the past). I have also started doing dance exercise that targets the abs. Its more about eating clean than losing weight bc I dont really have weight to lose

I didn't really get your question but if it is what I think, they suspected PID the last time but the fluid was only about 1mil or 2mil but i didn't want to take chances so i requested for antibiotics and HVS.

I had a successful TVS today. No fluid whatsoever, nothing abnormal. The last time i had a pelvic/abdominal scan there was little fluid in my POD so i was place on antibiotics to dry that up. Thankfully today all is well...Waitinf for AF and the DAY 3 to continue my tests.

something surprised me today,my neighbours kids were with me today since their mummy went to church. They started gisting with me that when I have my baby that my baby will stay in 1 room. With faith I answered yes. They pointedly told me I will have a baby girl. as an after thought they asked which sex I want and I replied that I want any one God gives me.
They continued chitchatting and saying they would carry my baby when I have a baby. I was just singing amen amen amen to their innocent gist. God will hear us all.

Never let go of those kids o, always have them around you. From time to time buy them kiddies treats and get them to pray for you.
I got my aunt's two year old son who is a miracle baby to be saying Amen to my prayers, I can't just shout.

I have been TTCing for 4 years now this is my 5th year and I have done the clomid route without success and have had 2 failed IVF cycles. At this point I dont know what do do again. I tried clomid for 4 cycles in september last year without success. My husband isnt very open to adoption so I am not really sure what to do anymore.
