This is the single most sensible thing that the FG has done since i was born (that is if it comes to past. i wonder if GEJ actually read my post on his facebook page.
River state can easily go into agreement with some of the major oil companies that already generate their own power with excess reserve to feed the neighbourhood and get paid for it, and if there is still left, rivers can sell to the grid and evrybody benefits.
With regards to Cost, it may be high initially if new facilities for transmissions are needed (cabling and transformers etc) but if the NERC then does it job well, the charges will eventually drop. With respect to maintenance, it will only get easier since the compaies generating wont get paid if there is no power unlike what we have now that everybody blames it on the National grid and invisible plants.

what baffles me most is the fact that BOKO HARAM condemns western influence and education and still use the products of these influences. I would have expected them to go around Naked, walk, use spares only and live inside mud houses; instead they ride in cars, use guns and wear western Clothes?

If we must condemn, then do it in totality without compromise otherwise they are just @$#$ with excuses.
