So how much is the land going for ?

First it was "if Jonathan does not win, Nigeria will boil" now its "If Asari is arrested, Nigeria will Boil". these people must think we are all in the Kitchen.

will this fit into a 50X100 Ft plot and how many cars will it take?

I love your designs, I have a 50ft by100ft single plot land and I want to put in a residential building, but I also want the people there to have adequate parking. What options do you recommend? It seems a three bedroom block of flats will push parking to the limit or is a twin 4 bed duplex workable?

reels: I see, maybe re-design is a better option to scale down. Considering you have a much smaller plot, we can re-design it to a 4 bedroom semi-detached house, with standard sizes of all the spaces and features same with the 5 bedroom semi-detached house and also with parking.

reels: It was designed on a 700sqm area of land, considering its an estate in Lekki where they required special setbacks (6m at the back, 3m on the sides, 9m at the front) low / no fence etc. It can re-designed to fit a much smaller plot though.

hmmm. i actually have a plot of 500 sqm and a looking to develop something of this sort. can it be sized down to scale and still have parking?

Finishing is everything in all buildings, atleast for impression sake. all the revamped airports i have visited fall short in this regards. New airports?, and i see wires flying everywhere, cable trunking visible for all to see and some places cable falling out already (MM2 in lagos); i see all these and i fear for the airports in 2 to 5 years time.

Maintenance is never mentioned in all this revamping. i like the drive, but i fear still.

what are the guarantee of delivery after making payment and also on the quality.

I like the passat, I only wanted to. Know if it has issues cos ð ones sold in nigeria (brand new)have commonn failures. If not, how much will get a 2007 and 2008 full options down to PH?
