POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a part-time role where you will be managing tasks via Asana for (and reporting to) key team members and coordinating assignments across teams. For this role, you need to have the ability to work virtually from anywhere and be willing to work 5 days per week for 5 hours each day. Typical hours for this role are between 9am-5pm (Brisbane, Australia time), Monday-Friday.

MISSION
The mission of the Executive Assistant (Asana Master as we like to call them) is to keep an eye on our system (our primary systems include Asana, Slack, and Google Drive), ensuring effective management and completion of tasks and projects so as to clear the path and ease the workloads of our key team members, thereby allowing them enough time to make their greatest contribution to our business. The Asana Master will be a key asset to the key team members and the team in general by managing tasks via Asana at an exceptionally high level, allowing the entire team to be more productive and effective in managing all projects, thereby reaching our revenue and profitability goals.

While repetitive tasks are certainly part of this position, the tasks assigned can vary from week to week based on the key team members' needs and the needs of the business. The most important responsibility of the Asana Master is to manage and ensure that tasks and projects are completed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Asana Master will have the following primary responsibilities:

• Logging into our platforms/systems through an official email that will be assigned to you
• Using the Asana app to manage tasks and get things done
• Coordinating assignments across teams
• Prompting our companies Chatgpt and sharing chats
• Varying administrative tasks including, but not limited to, research projects, data entry, emailing vendors and the likes, etc.

PROFICIENCIES
Knowledge: The Asana Master will have a high attention to detail and accuracy, using their existing experience dealing with information, their experience supporting Executives, and their ground level understanding of business and technology to provide informed administrative support.

Quality Communication: The Asana Master must be an excellent communicator, in both written and oral form. You must also be able to track communication (and be very responsive) across multiple channels without losing any details. Those channels could include loom videos, Asana, Slack messages, Google Drive, and/or emails.

High Level of Discretion: Since our Asana Master will work with confidential information, discretion and sensitivity regarding information is a must.

Team Player: In addition to working with our key team members, the Asana Master will also work with other members of the Team. They’ll need to be able to collaborate and communicate well with these team members, maintaining a can-do spirit and not complaining or making excuses.

Anticipating Needs: As a part of our commitment to enabling our key team members to serve our company and customers at the top of their game, our Asana Master will strive to anticipate needs whenever possible. This means you know how to be a few steps ahead of your leader, clearing the path for them to make their greatest contribution in the business.

Affinity for Technology: Our Asana Master will be a technologically savvy team member and will not be intimidated by learning new technology. Proficiency in the following tech platforms is ideal: Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Loom, Google Meet, Google Calendar, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
Traits: Ability to read, write, communicate properly and follow simple instructions
Working device: Must have a good device (laptop or desktop) and a good internet connection

Pay:
$10 AUD per hour
