Negotiation with home grown terrorists isn't what to be determined before you assume the leadership. You must know their agenda and ideology before you embark on such. Even though it can help reducing loss of lives and curb them for sometimes but it tends to make them stronger in the long term especially whenever you breach the rules and conditions because of the overtime empowerment. Except they agree on rehabilitation and surrendering of harms which many of them won't abide by.

In a nutshell, negotiation will not work with this insurgents. It will cost us more. It will later escalate. Because these one have no ideologies. They are the step footers of power brokers that have evolved into a huge business transactions overtime. Not a long term approach.

I am a family man with 3 kids (below 10).. I spend about 120k a week if I manage. On things like beverages, fuel, food transport (even though I work from hom), and any bill that comes up like gas or light or service. And for my 3 bottles of beer every Friday. I understand that during heat periods, ones pubic part tends to itch terribly after shaving.
