Yes it all depend on mind. A man who is exercising but his mind is not involved in it, then he may loose motivation and even the whole workout routine. While motivation for going gym and making the body healthy and fit, does not depend upon the gym or equipment. I am doing exercises in my home, by following the tips from some authentic coaches, Nutrition is an important factor regarding exercise and healthy body. So for such purpose i eat healthy foods which must be rich in vitamins and other essential nutrients, which can be get easily from https://sportsinside.co.uk/ . The pattern of eating healthy and doing exercises are much related to eachother. I often do exercises in empty stomach, and after that i eat foods rich in carbohydrates , and the after sometime i eat protein rich foods. Thats really helping for my fitness and health.

Coconut oil has amazing benefits. Its very effective in treating diabetes. My friend had diabetes and he was on insulin. He changed his lifestyle by exercising daily and morning walk and started using organic coconut oil from https://sportsinside.co.uk/ . after consulting a doctor. As it has no side effect but I think to start using it, better to consult a doctor. He discussed many of its benefits with me, which he experienced during his use. Its beneficial in overall digestive system health and his diabetes was controlled by using it properly.

Cousin9999:

That's not possible. He's a diabetic avoiding medication through diet, but the same problem exists in his body. There's no known cure for any type of diabetes.

I understand your perspective a bit more though. However, you should understand that diabetics must carefully manage their diet to not only avoid sugar spikes, but also anything that will interact poorly with medication/treatment. Red meat, for example, is rich in iron. That presents a problem for them, but healthy, active people need it.

You should also remember that research and assertions tend to follow what industries are trying to sell. Thousands of years of consumption, nutritional value, and overall health and fitness in a population are more indicative of the truth IMHO.

Another tidbit to note is that claims about certain foods are often based on not only biased studies, but inaccurate info that neglects things like making a distinction between a boiled or fried preparation, or lean vs. fatty cuts.

But I'm not claiming to be an expert, so take what I have to say with a grain of salt.
I think diabetes can be managed by eating healthy and staying fit. Morning walk with eating a healthy diet and taking a good sleep is really effective for managing diabetes. While my friend is a diabetic patient, and the doctor advised him to take care of his foot and advised different exercises for daily routine. He also added daily meditation and yoga in his lifestyle.
