During lock down, i am also doing many exercises including back squats, push ups, and other usual cardio. In the beginning it was hard to do exercise in home, but now exercises keep me fit, healthy and focussed in my daily routine. But alone exercise can do nothing, good diet is also necessary for healthy life. For healthy foods i often go online at https://sportsinside.co.uk/ , which has a variety of health foods.
