I know 3 states in the East give it free. Its a three shots vaccine. I'm shocked some states are paying for it. They should at least subsidise it. Sometimes we need to use govt hospitals or health centres for the common vaccines. They are actually d best cos they don't store the drugs. I rem when I went to give my baby vaccine in one of the big top three hospital in Lagos. We were 2 that needed that one, we were asked to go home cos they can't open it cos we were not many that needed it. I was shocked, we packaged ourselves and went home. I use govt hospital for immunisation.

Yepee!!! My beautiful mummies,hope we are all doing great. Pls my DS will be 6 months on august 2 and i want to start introducing cereals after then. I want to buy Frisogold, Cow and gate, Purity and Heinz for him,pls hope these combinations are not too much? And pls those of you mamas that give your babies cereal how do you rotate it? Like can i give frisogold in the morning, cow and gate in the afteroon and purity in the evening or i will have to give a particular brand all day.
Pls again,is rice based cereal better than wheat for a start? Pls put me through all these questions because if i make mistake my DH can sue me o
I forgot to add that he is presently on only Nan 1 and breastmilk.

Pele dear, i dont feel any pain oh. the last pain i felt was when they were loosening the wire, now it has healed perfectly that someone wont even notice there's a major stitch there. My friends dont even know i had CS cos my tummy is even flatter than before. (Mine is a vertical cut sha, from the navel down just before my pubic hair).

Congrats. U can also use salt. put small inside water and use cotton wool to clean the mouth.

Glycerin borax is wt I usd(nt d one rubbd on d body o)put a li ttle on cotton wool nd use it to clean her mouth

Hello sabi mama's pls I'm a first time mom.. my DS is about 7weeks. Each time I breastfeed him he poops. After every feed he poops. Is this normal? Worried mum.

I would not introduce this at 6 months. I would rather go for homemade ogi/a kamu and the likes without sugar. This is because bird custard has colourants which I personally feel a six month old should not be introduced to as at yet.

I am not sure of milk, other moms may advise as I never gave my son any; he was breastfed. Welldone for the good work!
