He referred a trusted mechanic who came down from Ondo to Lagos to help handle the whole mess this FRAUDSTER CALLED MENDY31 put us into.
He helped moved the vehicle from ogba to ladipo and handle fix everything within a week.
Same car that was dumped @ the panel beater place where they removed parts from the vehicle.

He (MENDY31) even had to tell the mechanic on call when we were @ his brother’s place that he spent 1.2m fixing that piece of shit lols

i gave into paying the amount because Dannybrasky told me to just pay and get the car outta there.
They already abandoned the car for close to 2 months @ a panel beater place without doing anything on the car body !
he gave his Older Bro my digit to continue the transaction since that was the best way for them to defraud me.
I called him numerous times (over 30 calls ) and even told one of his cousin (I guess ) to help tell him.
His cousin said he told him already about my message but he (Mendy ) won’t reply my messages neither will he reply my call or callback.

I remember calling you and asking update about the car and you’ll tell me the car is almost done that it’ just remain minor touching
It was Dannybrasky that advise me to come to Lagos and come check the car myself and I met the vehicle in a very distorted shape.
I called this scammer while I was in Lagos to let us meet and he said I should come to ikeja.
I left home and went to ikeja (like 4 hrs ride coupled with traffic ) but this guy didn’t show up.
I later saw an update where he was chilling at a beach.
I picked the car last two weeks and fixed up everything myself within a week
MENDY31 IS A FRAUDSTER THAT WILL DEFRAUD YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IF YOU COMMIT TO HIM!!!

Car arrived may and import duties were still increasing, I ended paying an extra 600k in difference against the previous cleaning fee I used in giving max a quotation while demurrage of 45k was incurred also

Car came in the worst condition due to it been vandalized by port thieves, the car had its catalyst ,battery stolen, gear was tampered with also to mention a few

I fixed all that had been tampered with by the port thieves without an extra charge from max

I had fixed all except the body damages that had been caused by the shipping process

He opted he fixes that by himself and we came to a compromise , instead of paying the 645k difference in duty he paid 540k



How were you scammed mr ?

Early May I asked you severally about the clearing and if I should send you the payment but you said I shouldn’t worry that you’ll get the payment once you deliver the car !
I even told you to take your time lols (I didn’t know you were buying time to perform your fraudulent scheme ).
And also you told me the increment in custom fee was 500k (Not 600k ) and I asked you if you gonna pay some part outta that fee which you said you can’t because I’m the sole owner of the vehicle

Secondly the catalyst that was removed was from the panel breather because it was a fresh cut !

You didn’t even let me know that the catalyst ha being removed Lols
That’s to show how fraudulent you are.

Thirdly you didn’t fix any damages!

How will you fix a damages and I’ll still go and fix the car myself ?

I opted to fix the car myself because a you didn’t touch the car since early May till July Lols. You only abandon the vehicle and removed things from the vehicle.

Calm down mam , the moniker is a known moniker at Mendy31 , I think this is a very bad case of business gone wrong , cos I've dealt with him before and he delivered but from all indication he was way over his head in this case , and evidently he didn't do enough to assist and mitigate the plight of my chairman inspectormax , but make Mendy come give his side of the ordeal and hopefully he go still settle the boss .

I believe well known monikers can change behavior (for reasons best known to them ) and defraud people though
