The same thing happened to me in this cycle but the reddish part came late evening. I got confused too but decided to watch the flow. Usually, cd1 and cd2 flow well then it reduces on cd3. I spot on cd4 and cd5. That was how I was able to calculate mine. I started counting from the following day not the day of brownish discharge. If you understand your flow, you could use it in calculating. My own experience sha. Sabi mamas, please help

Mamas in the house, I hail o. Please I need your help again. Confusion has set in and I totally blame by dh.

Today is Cd16. It was raining when we woke up this morning and the first thing dh told me was it was the kind of weather for bd. I told him i wanted to insert the second guifei bao seed that morning. Then I got carried away discussing the three significant dreams I had last night. While talking, I felt a sharp pain on my right side. I don't get it often but I knew it was a sign that my eggs were being released. Dh noticed me wincing and I told him the cause. Before I knew what was happening, Na ontop bed I find myself o. Dh totally overrode my reasons for not bd. He said we shouldn't waste the eggs since it's not every time I get the sign that they are being released. See excuse. He refused me inserting the guifei bao seed for it not to scrape out the eggs (I no know who tell am that one o)

So after all this long tori, my question is, should I still go ahead to insert the guifei bao tomorrow morning? Is it likely to affect the implantation or conception whatever (that's assuming it would take place)? Me, I'm for inserting o. Want it to remove everything removable before TTC again. Make I sneak put am? And what about the apple cider vinegar, should I continue drinking it? I think someone here once said one should stop detoxification after ovulation.

The Ultra Sound finding is Normal wonder why the '?' (Queried) PID: maybe the clinical history you gave must have prompted that preliminary diagnosis.
features of PID on Ultra Sound include: fluid in the Pouch of Douglas (POD) or pelvis, thickened or dilated fallopian tube, adnexal mass, thickened endometrium e.t.c

The High Vaginal Swab MCS (HVS MCS) also look normal as few Epithelial Cells and Yeast Cell can be seen in normal Test.

I advice You give a clinical description of your symptoms and if possible get a pelvic examination to help arrive at a definitive diagnosis

PID is mostly a clinical diagnosis. Are you having symptoms: abdominal/pelvic pain, dysuria, fever/chills? You engage in unsafe sex?

PID is from STD; therefore, you should rather screen for STD for culprit. Should also sample/culture the pus from your vaginal and endocervical samples.

However, pus in those samples with high risk of STD does suggest empirical treatment for PID. I however cannot say that it is PID based solely on the results outlined below. Pus in the vaginal sample is not normal though.

The scan you did is essentially a normal scan. There is not enough evidence to suggest a PID.

The HVS/ECS M/C/S also has no evidence of a PID.

The implication was that there wasn't any growth on 48hours of culturing.This means,you don't have a PID.

On the stake of plentiness of epithelial cells,such an increase could both be functional or mildly irritating.Functional in the sense that organs can remove upper membranes that have slurred all over.Irritating in the sense that microbe can also be involved.It is baseless to say you have this or that with just the epithelium.For that of the pus cells and yeast-normal.

You may do another test to confirm impression.

I'm taking it according to the inscription on the bottle. Two spoonful with one spoonful of honey in 8oz of water first thing in the morning, mid-morning and mid-afternoon

Hello dear. It is not expected that you must see any secretion. I never saw and I know many others who never saw secretion.

The drug makes the VJ tight so secretion will be rear. you will see the discharge after you remove it or when it falls off on its own.

As for the cramps, Its the guifei bao working. It is dredging what ever blockage it is that is in your tubes

She looks like she knows what she's doing but if I'm not satisfied, I will go to Kano. Sincerely, my case is actually more spiritual than physical. That's why I haven't really gone the medical way. But after reading comments here, I asked the doctor for a full scale investigation on my reproductive system and that of dh. Though all they found last year was low progesterone and small fibroid but someone here said to go for checkup every six months. I've already done pelvic scan and swab test, waiting for cd21 for hormonal tests. So no ttc for this month and maybe next as well. Already have guifei bao and ACD with me, waiting for gynapharm, pending the outcome of all the tests. Praying to God for mercy cos I'm now team #nomoretears. Thanks for being there.

My dear, I'm not being negative, trying to stay positive even though all the signs are there. I intentionally stopped counting my cd after ovulation in order for me not to get hypertension whenever the time is near and I'm either undergoing pms or not. Even told dh to get me test kit when coming back from work today. I've decided to test every cd 21 (serum) and cd 24 (urine) according to the gyneacologist in this forum. Whether devil like am or not one must turn out positive. I don't know my cd for now sha. I even refused to look at any calendar in order for my mind not to do any amebo calculation. lol

I don't know anyone in Kano but I must visit the hospital before cd21 of my next cycle (that's assuming i'm going to have it) incase I have to do hsg.
