@venizia, I didn't say anything because I really didn't know what to say. I pray for God's mercy in our lives because the consequences of ttc isn't funny. I think it's a psychological thing. After years of bd without results, it tends to be very discouraging. I used to use adult movies and novels to help the situation but when I discovered it was affecting my spiritual life, I had to stop. I think hafsat mentioned taking date and hausa groundnut or so as a remedy for it and boosting dh'swimmers. Let's google it. Google seems to know everything these days.

yes, I usually experience it when O is approaching. Not all the time though. Sometimes it moves to my waist. But I also feel it at times when I'd taken too much sugar the previous day. I experience it as one of the early signs of pregnancy too. hope this helps. baby dust to you

@heloves me, lol! That was how dh and I were forming 'we want a December baby' so we didn't start trying immediately we got married. We waited till march, the following year and two years plus later, we're still trying. And I'm slowly beginning to think my husband's second wish might come to pass. He wants a February 29th baby, so he would be celebrating birthdays only every four years. Shey 2016 na leap year? My dear, one loses bd steam from CD15 after doing it from CD10 to CD14, but I know dh no go complain sha. But now that I know, I'll adjust during my next cycle. I've told God that even if my own doesn't happen this month, He should put a smile on my face by doing it for others here. I don already plan to give testimony for church on behalf of those who have announced theirs and those yet to announce.

Bsm is blackstrap molasses. Read it's good for expelling fibroids as well as apple cider vinegar. I just saw the Braggs one with the mother inside on kaymu thanks to iomoge. @iomoge, please go for a blood test. It's usually one of the early signs of pregnancy. You never can tell. A gyneacologist told me worry has a way of affecting our hormones. He explained it medically about how the brain sends signals to the body blah blah blah that secrets one hormone that prevents conception, but the bottom line is that worry isn't good when trying to conceive. So now that you took your mind off it, who knows? May God make it positive make we dance for you.

@venizia, pele o. What are you doing about the fibroid? I have too, but mine is very small. About 2mm abi 2cm. Can't remember. Was told not to worry about it because it won't affect my ability to conceive but I no do, i no want. Heard apple cider vinegar and black strap molasses expels them. And since I don't know where to get the bsm and organic unpaterurized acv, I've decided to make the acv myself though it takes time.

pls dont go with discharge as a 100% sign of ovulation or infertile days. I will suggest you baby dance ACTIVELY everyday (if you can do this) from CD11 TO CD 21. this way, you are well covered and you wont miss any fertile days at all and you are optimising your chances of getting pregnant. besides, a lady's egg can live up to 3 days while the swimmers can live up to 7days.

the CD15 that you are counting as infertile days may actually be your peak fertility period

I'm beginning to question if I actually know when I'm ovulating. after af, I usually see yellowish discharge but I don't bother bd because I know from research that it isn't the fertile one.abdas from cd10, it starts becoming clear. by cd11 and cd12, it becomes like egg white and I bd like crazy then. by cd15, it's gone and the infertile yellowish ones start coming out again. I read about the difference in baby centre website. Please am I accurate? I know for a fact that my last pregnancy was conceived on cd11 because of the implantation bleeding I had corresponded with that date.

in this journey of ttc, I've come to realize that God knows what He is doing. He doesn't make mistakes. if you look at all the children who delayed incoming in the bible, Isaac, Samuel, Joseph etc they all turned out to be great men. Now I'm not saying children who came early aren't great, even the greatest man to walk on earth was immaculately and divinely conceived before marriage- our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. But take consolation in the fact that there's something special about your coming child/children. they are not just coming to occupy space. that's what I use in consoling myself in moments of despair and I read about Hannah and connect with her.

lastly, do you know if you're in this situation for a reason? do you know if God is making you go through this situation for you to be a pillar of strength to ladies who will go through this in future? seeing that you've passed through the situation yourself, you'd be able to encourage and teach them to wait upon the Lord. you can't give what you don't have. my younger sister is already taking precautions.

I really might have been pregnant last month because my af lasted only two days instead of the usual four days with light spotting on day five. it stopped on the morning of the third day and spotted till day six. oh, well, till next time. once it's day 21, and I'm having the usual pregnancy symptoms, na to go sleep for lab till the test shows positive. Good morning doctors in the house and everyone. I thank God for this thread. Please I need your assistance. I've had three miscarriages. The last one was in December. When I traveled to see a specialist gynecologist, he told me I have progesterone deficiency which is why my body can't maintain a pregnancy, hence the miscarriages. he prescribed proluton depot injection for me to be taken once a week for four weeks once pregnancy is confirmed.

my problem now is that I usually miscarry before the pregnancy test shows positive. like last month, the pregnancy symptoms were there but the tests showed negative until I started bleeding. I was scared of taking the injection incase I wasn't really pregnant and scared of side effects because I heard your body deceives you sometimes because you want it badly. I was pregnant by December but didn't know about the injection then. Please what do you advice I do incase of next time ?

@MummyEsther, I feel you. I've been dodging traveling to go and visit a friend of mine who gave birth to twins recently. We both prayed for twins. I lost mine but she delivered hers and I got married a year and some months before her. What really made me shed tears was when she complained that she gave birth through CS. Chai! some people no know wetin God do for them sha. And she took in the very month of their wedding.

it is well. God will wipe all our tears away. He will restore back to us all the years that the locusts and cankerworms have eaten. We will all look back and smile. Our lives are testimonies to the glory of God.

That said, abeg who know where good gynecologist dey for Kano. I no understand my body again o.

@mubzay, thanks for the advice. Talked it over with dh and he agreed. We're going to take time off ttc and we're drafting a change of diet as I type. More of fruits and vegetables now and just chilling. Maybe if money dey, we fit go for small vacation sef. No more stress and worry by God's grace.

Thanks everyone for your contribution. Talked to him after service and he said he wasn't even thinking in that direction. He was just in a silent prayer mode and thinking of the next line of action. I guess I was just worried for nothing. I sabi worry sha.

I've carried out all those tests. I'm o positive. I have hormonal imbalance . I don't secrete enough hormones to sustain the pregnancy so my body pushes it out thinking its a foreign body inside me. crase body. I was given proluton depot injection to take when pregnancy is confirmed but the annoying thing is that my body pushes it out before pregnancy is confirmed. my case stong abi?

I do try to hide the symptoms from dh but he knows his dw. he always know when something is going on with me. maybe I'll travel or something next time.

I want to join the weight loss program sha. But my problem is indiscipline. I don start countless weight loss programs but longthroat and indiscipline no dey ever lemme see road. I weigh 70kg but I want to go back to the 64kg I used to weigh. I put on 6kg for that yeye bed rest wey doctor place me for December yet I still miscarry. Mtchew! I like beans so no wahala but giving up bread that I eat every morning go hard o cos me I like bread.

My dh is taking the disappointment badly o. The guy don turn to cold water for here o. He doesn't talk again. I really hate it when I have false pregnancy symptoms or it ends in miscarriage. It always hit him hard cos during the symptoms stage, he's always over joyous. He always makes plan. He even bought a pregnancy test kit two days before af showed. We even chose a name for the child o. lol. He even wanted me to call my mom to ask if she'd want to come with flight or by road for omugwo. lol.
