I highly doubt that. I am yet to see a case on it. I believe he gave up that right when he decided to open a social media accounts. A Facebook account is pretty public to me, a Google search would ordinarily reveal almost everything about you. It would also count against him if his posts could be seen by anyone.

If it were defamation, it would be a different issue.
