No mind them, speaking from experience my parents both had good jobs and my mom didn't quit even after she had us.....when things weren't going smoothly business wise she was the one carrying the family. Some men go just they para anyhow but never doubt that some of us know that marriage is not a dictatorship or one sided.

Nah this is that African mentality the woman must be submissive no compromise...she must quit her job, no part time option. I've read too many horror stories about this thing

Now if tomorrow turns bad she's penniless with no options....

They can get a house help with good background check

He can help as well if she can take care of two kids, her job, still cook and clean then he can do his job and still help

We african men always claiming strong, I'm sure his job ain't that strenous physically


Also when she was pregnant, he still wanted to smash its hard but seriously a full human being is growing in that woman....just too selfish

I had considered all these but I need a strong link to the editors and publishers who can understand my kind of works and person...I have more interesting write-up I had finished in print form but all this naija editors will tell "what sought of scary thing is this, try and be realistic like contemporary writers" and I get discouraged and it makes me feel my works will only get appreciated by few if I get them printed out. I know nothing about publishers.

Nah don't let people discourage you stay true to yourself that is what seperates you from everyone else. Have you read any Stephen King novels they are gory and scary, that was how his books where rejected by publisher after publisher. Now he is one of the biggest horror writers with film adaptations sef.

Keep going I will try and check out some publishers in the U.k and Ireland, try and get in touch with other nairaland writers with experience. Same as you I don't really know much but I really believe in your work especially this story. Keep going

Truth be told, my next post for the write-up is unknown to me, I end up wondering if someone else is writing the story through me....and I think it's GOD.
