I did a job for somebody in Britain, he said he can only pay through paypal, skrill and other epayment gatvany.

Now no international payment system allow Nigerian bank, with paypal you can only send and not receive.

And remember i did not know paypal was like that as i have already told him we use paypal so he can pay through paypal.
