Oreoluwamipo: I sent my renewed passport through webform to Nairobi ystday , how do I know if it has been gotten pls? Most times you don’t get a mail confirmation message when you send A webform. Best know they received it and they added it to your documents they have on file |

CHIKACIC: I contacted my MP on 30th June. He sent my mail to one of his team, who then replied on 5th July by sending me a form to fill to authorize them to make the enquiry from IRCC. The MP got back to me from IRCC yesterday 14th July. So approximately, 2 weeks.
Hope this helps. Okay thank you. Did same too, My MP has gotten back to me yet from IRCC |

CHIKACIC: Hello house,
Below is the response I got an hour ago from “my MP” after reaching out to him to make enquiries about the status of my application, which has exceeded the processing time:
“Hello,
IRCC states that the medicals and background checks are completed and they are currently reviewing eligibility. They will be in touch with you directly should anything further be required.”
As at the last time I checked my account (in the morning) the eligibility hasn’t started and background checks was in progress. Presently, I am unable to login. It keeps taking me back to the home page.
I have sent numerous emails and web forms to multiple visa offices and I got the usual generic response. Anyways, I have already ordered for my GCMS notes. I hope to receive them towards the end of this month (ordered on 25th June). Right now, my app is in the hands of God.
March 1st applicant.
As it is the mantra here, it will surly end in praise! Hello. When you sent them your info, how many days/weeks till they got back to you from IRCC. |

Freebands01: Omo I just remembered now I filled employed when I was filling my application, I stated in my SOP I continued at the company I learned my computer skills, so I filled employed when asked about my employment history. I didn’t add any employment documents. Should I write a letter stating I mistakenly filled it knowing that I didn’t add any employment documents ?? Hello everyone. I’m thinking of writing a volunteer employment letter as someone suggested earlier, will i use the firm’s letter head in the letter or just write a normal letter stating I volunteered to work there? @frankrobbn1 @justmellow |

Pee2Jay9: Instead of going back to declare it as a mistake, try to get even if it's a volunteer employment letter from the said firm. I think it's a better deal, considering that you may not have pay slips or any other employment docs Thank you for your input, please do you have a copy of the volunteer employment letter you can share with me? |

Teemenzo: As an added advantage, add few months of working after the training to it. I don't know about retrieving information. But adding information gives more stand. That's just my own opinion. I will say you allow those who know it better explain. I’ll have to show the payslips and the other documents to show I worked which I don’t have |

Teemenzo: I don't think that will sound well. I guess no matter how bad it is, you must have done some work after graduation. Walk up to those offices and build something out of it. Then send them through webform as a form of update. Telling them you don't have work history might be a red flag. I’m going for an undergraduate course and I added the training certificate I did. I just want to know if I should send a webform informing them I mistakenly filled the employment stuff |

Lekiboboe: To those who have travelled, can someone in Canada help a Nigerian (slated to travel to Canada) book and pay for the 3-days Hotel Quarantine or only payment can be done by the person in Canada ? If yes how ?
or
it's compulsory the Nigerian Slated to travel to Canada must be the person to book & pay for the 3-days Hotel Quarantine? Thanks... According to what I have read on here, most people book before they travel and pay on arrival at the hotel they are to quarantine at. And I also think they can pay with dollar card also too |

shupy: At this point I don't even know whether it's advisable to be telling people to submit their application with NSE documents or wait for a request. IRCC are just so disorganized. The delay most people face is not because of complicated application, they are just so disorganized. Whatever algorithm they use in prioritizing applications is ineffective. Fortunately, it's going to favour some people. The whole stuff is so tiring. NSE route is just normal route with face mask |

tourphland: My page doesn’t show the payment option where i can put the card details and all..
Is it because i haven’t uploaded no docs And how does one apply for biometrics? Please sirs/mas After you upload documents and submit then it takes you to where to make payment, you can’t pay with naija bank cards tho. Maybe someone in Canada who you trust o. After you done with submission, you’ll be sent biometrics appointment letter to book your biometrics date. It’ll end in praise |
