Zinnychuks: Please can I submit my visa application and book biometrics appointment without medical exam results although my medical appointment is scheduled for first week of August
My agent is asking me to go and do regular medical exams in any government hospital. Once you submit your application, you will get biometrics appointment within 24hours then you can book for biometrics. As for your medicals you can’t do it at a government hospital. Only IOM and Q-life in Lagos and Abuja is what IRCC recommended |

jogojogo: Please Please Please how do I book the flight? Previously it was to Toronto then after 3days quarantine to Manitoba Winnipeg, now that I am vaccinated do I need to go to Toronto or book a flight directly to Manitoba Winnipeg? After July 5, only vaccinated travelers can skip the hotel quarantine so yes I think you can book directly to the city you are going to |

Teemenzo: Hello, pls can i get the site that show locations where the vaccine is being given. I tried using our Staff Clinic at Alausa Secretariat this week and it has been going back and forth. They told us to be coming everyday as if we are jobless. Only second doses are being administered. My brother who is a doctor has taken his own and advised me to do so too. I don’t know the site. Just visit the nearest health center to you or general hospital. I didn’t even spent up to 30mins there. Did mine around Abule egba tho |

lolathegenie: so once I submit the document within 30 days I'm good? Because I've been waiting for them to receive it since Yes I signed it. My status is 'The additional documents you provided have been uploaded'. How long will it take to change to 'We have received the documents you provided'? The same thing it’s saying on mine too. “The additional documents your provided has been received”. Sometimes they are working on the documents being provided but it won’t be updated on your profile |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by Freebands01: 4:38pm On Jun 30, 2021 |
lolathegenie: Please can someone clarify something? When IRCC says they must receive a document by 30 days does that mean that you have 30 days to upload it ? Or does it mean they must receive it within 30 days? Because I uploaded a custodian declaration form and they said the deadline was 3rd of July. The document status has been on 'Uploaded' since and I'm worried they won't receive it before Saturday. Should I be worried or remain calm? It expires after 30 days if you don’t submit the document being requested for. It should change to submitted. Did you sign electronically ? You can also send wia webform too. |

Pinkey2021: It’s simple, just Google constituency members of parliament in Canada.
Send emails to the ones serving in the district where your school is located.
As for the body of the message, just appeal to their good conscience by pleading for them to assist in inquiring into the status of your application and to help expedite the final decision.
{It’ll Surely End In Praise for us All} Thank you for this. I’ll do as adviced |

Frankrobbn1: From the wisdom of my vast experiences dealing with several immigration applications to Canada, it is normal for IRCC to approve the principal applicant first before considering the other dependents. I have seen this happen on several occasions and have also observed first-hand a scenario whereby the spouse and the principal applicant were approved while the dependent children were denied. There is no blueprint that works for Canadian immigration processes and the format is not clearly spelled out by the authorities. As a result, should you keep sending emails to IRCC, they might not act fast on your family's application. The best practicable way of getting their attention to finalize processing of your family's application, is to reach out to a Member of Parliament (MP) within the jurisdiction where your school is situated in Canada. It was through the same means we were able to get the dependent children's application approved after a refusal as the visa officer was queried for his wrong assessment and the application was later changed from "refused" to "submitted" and at a subsequent time PPR was issued.
I would want to throw an intelligent question to you so as to broaden your expectations. Did you apply for a Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) for your husband? If yes, he will require a travel authorisation letter from IRCC to accompany you to Canada and there is a seperate IRCC email for this purpose. However, on the account that you've filed for a visitor's application for him, his application will not be processed following the Canadian immigration procedures on ground due to travel restrictions on non-essential travellers.
I hope this information is helpful to your enquiry. All the best with your family's application.
It will end in praise Good morning Mr frank, how can I get an MP within the jurisdiction where school is situated in Winnipeg? |

Frankrobbn1: "YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED" indicates that you've not transmitted the NSE response to IRCC for processing. Please transmit the document you've uploaded by electronically signing the application with your full name as written on your international passport.
It will end in praise Hello Mr frank, I have a friend in this situation also. She couldn’t meet up with the NSE route. Please how does she sign electronically on her CIC portal? |

Ketima: Please gurus and all,
Is it advisable to submit Mybankstament even when it was not requested by IRCC? I only submitted a normal statement during application and have gotten mybankstatement printouts.
again, the webform is now requesting for selection of office processing applicants file. Do I select Nigeria- Lagos or Kenya-Nairobi as I don't know where my file is being processed?
You can submit MBs through webform again and you can choose Kenya
Thanks. |
