I've checked the link and I didn't see anywhere that buhari said he'll make a naira equal to dollar.

I had a similar problem when I updated mine over the air. My phone was overheating unnecessarily, I resolved the issue by doing a clean installation with my laptop.

Give it time, maybe it'll become faster. Or you can update it again or a clean installation.
