Mogidi: I don't think the SS or SE needs appointment from an illiterate. Exactly, I would love to see the norherners and their yoruba people rule Nigeria only for this tenure |

What I'm thinking is how low the state IGR is in relation to these industries. Anambra should be generating nothing less than 2.5 billion a month in IGR |

IGBOSON1: ^^^I think empowering locally owned engineering coys would pay-off in the long run! Julius Berger might be a better company and build better structures, but how do we hope to equip the local alternatives with the necessary skills and experience if foreign coys get all the jobs?
And another angle to the argument is that with the local coys the profit and experience stays in the country/state, and more locals and indigenes would be employed! I said most not all. Julius Berger also uses locals for constructions. I'm a person that goes for quality, If a project is worth doing, its worth doing well. Julius Berger should handle our major infrastructure. Some of the roads done by these local coys in Anambra are substandard and already broken down within few years. This is why you cant compare Anambra infrastructure to say Akwa Ibom, Enugu, Lagos etc. Not just Julius Berger alone, Arab Contractors, Setraco etc. |

Politics › Re: Buhari's Handling Of Boko Haram Much Worse Than GEJ by FreeGlobe(f): 3:43pm On Jul 15, 2015 |
plendil: Rubbish comparison.
[s]IT was during the administration of a C-in-C that a rag tag army took over an entire town and hoisted their flag.
It was during his regime that our soldiers were scampering for safety, sometimes - the sheer shamefulness of it - to neighbouring Chad.
IT was during his regime that they took those unfortunate Chibok girls captive which sadly have not been found till date.
That much trumpeted achievement around Feb this year was mainly a recapture of the locations hitherto held BH. That's all.
No doubt about it, I will be the first to castigate the handling of BH by PMB so far. He has disappointed most of us. However to compare GEJ's handling as better is downright silly.[/s] Few days ago, boko haram captured a highway in Borno. Chad are now fighting boko haram on our soil while the lame duck terrorist called president looks cluelessly. Boko haram has killed over 700 in the 30 something days rule of this terrorist. |

This is going to be a government of propaganda. The lagos ibadan press has been commissioned to do this. As far as I'm concerned, the terrorist ruling Nigeria has not done anything other than promoting boko haram and lop sided appointments |
