1. I don't like the word 'allowed' in a democratic environment.
He is not the one to allow/disallow any one from contesting. In this case, the members of Osun state PDP are the custodians of that power.

2. In law/court, it's innocent until proven guilty. So no one should be stopped from realising his/her ambition because of 'outstanding cases' that have not been proven.

Else I could take you to court based on cases I thought up if you want to contest an election against me and u would be disqualified - based on my allegation against you, even though you have not been found guilty. do you get my point?

Funny thing is most of this things are true not conspiracies as u see them to be. Only if u can do a research on ur own. E.g 9/11. How did a building like that come down? Did a plane really crash into the pentagon? Those passports they saw in the planes, are they fireproof? Why is there no black box? Etc. Its just about sitting down and doing research on ur own.
