Hey guys! I stumbled apon this today. An was excited to see this discussion about garlic an vitamin c. I read this study years ago. An experimented with the cocktail. Because I was having a little issue in bed at that time. So I started with regular vitamin c garlic from local big store chain. An didn't experience to much. Then after a month of that. With more research I found out some vitamins potency can be sketchy. So I went with nature made vitamin c with (Spc ) label. They check them for potency. An said screw it an put a good amount of garlic powder on my food with 2000mg vit c an to my amazement it really worked. I was raging. Wife was amazed. Now when I did it I didn't notice or feel any different. But that night when started playing around with the wife. It was instantly there like I was 17 again. Rock hard. I was so excited. I was 37 then now I'm 43. I also used to buy kyolic garlic from vitamin shops its aged garlic an has not very much taste or smell. But was getting a little pricey. So I went back to just the garlic power sprinkled on some food. I also found out doesn't really matter if you use alot of garlic or not it's so powerful! So basically some garlic an 2,000 mg vit c nature made. Everyone is different but those are results I had. I did this cocktail for a long time. Then one day felt I maybe didn't need it no more. So I just use it as few times a week. Also magnesium plays a huge role in heart an circular system, blood flow. That i believe helps. An vitamin d3 is a hormone an plays a role in testosterone. I did stop taking garlic an c for awhile. But I'm back on it now. An found this discussion. That's my experience. Also I tried pretty much everything. As far as garlic. Cloves kinda seemed to work. But really bad breath. I found out the vitamin garlic capsules with soy oil. That dosnt cut it at all. The only true odorless garlic is aged garlic made by kyolic. That seemed to work to. But the best success was garlic powder. Just regular garlic powder. Not garlic salt. An if you read the study that was done. They used garlic powder. So I just sprinkle a decent amount on food stir it in. Dont need alot. An yes I even tried using alot of powder. I mean alot. Yes it worked but the burning in my stomach an the horrible breath. Wasn't. So just a moderate amount on some food works. Breath isnt to bad if mixed in food. I hope this info helps.
