Hello. Please, I am trying to pay for the SAT, but it seems my Naira GT Bank Mastercard is not working. Please, how do I go about it. I am conscious of the GTBank $100 cap limit but I haven't used my atm card for any dollar or online transaction since like three months ago. Kindly help ot. |
