Shameful as it is the present commissioner the corrupt and greedy indivudual in the person of tunji bello seems clueless about all that is going on. .the same person that destroyed lassaa within three. Months of his assumption of office has now been returned to man a ministry he failed to effectively manage 03-07 . .what has changed in him since then?
