Using sagebiz's ways and past calls, i felt seeing 2 goals within 14 mins makes it a goal feast game. both teams are not known teams bro, they are youth teams and have no known history, there's no way of "knowing how well they score", so playing them under "luck" shouldn't be ruled out.
