The bank will only pay you the naira equivalent of a foreign currency transaction only from inbound sources like Money Gram and Western Union.

You can make a maximum deposit of $10k per day into your dorm account and maximum wire transfer of $10k per month for cash deposits. Inflow has much flexibility with withdrawals and transfers.

Like I said maybe they already changed the policy but don't make it sound like there was no time you couldn't withdraw dollars from your DOM acct.

You can't withdraw dollar over the counter in any Nigerian bank as at today. They will only pay you in naira.
