TenQ: A strong woman is not led by feelings or emotions by her strength, sense and wisdom
1. It would be your Choice to apply a Feeling of Resentment to your husband but it is a negative choice which will backfire against younand your children.
2. Anger is a Choice: conquer it with Understanding. His Gene mix and life experience is different from yours. Suppose you have the same character and attitude?
3. Rudeness is a choice. God sees your husband as your head. He is like Christ in your Marriage.
You are not his Wife because you are inferior. No! You are his wife because you are to complement him in your union of marriage to bring out the best for yourselves and for your children!
Now that you are aware of your husband's weaknesses, how do you want to complement him that overall, your marriage will be a garden of Joy and Progress?
Do not forget that he was your CHOICE in the first place, so all the blame isn't his alone.
Pick up yourself and be strong! All will be well!
The grass always looks greener on the outside but it's all a lie. A good marriage require consistent hard work to succeed!
Shalom! Wonderful! |

CDCFIB SUSPENDS RECRUITMENT, SHIFTS TO 21ST JULY, 2025. Hello, I’ve applied. But, I made a mistake in the application. Instead of putting 2015 as my service year, I imputed 2016. Should it be a thing of concern since it can’t be corrected? Is it the year I started NYSC or the year I completed it that is required? |

In preparation for the upcoming recruitment exercise by the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB), scheduled to commence on Monday, 14th July 2025, we have compiled a list of 7 Common Mistakes Applicants Make and How to avoid them.
This guide is designed to help you identify these common errors and take the right steps in avoiding them, thereby increasing your chances of being successfully recruited into any government agency or job role you apply for in Nigeria.
LATEST NEWS ON THE CDCFIB RECRUITMENT 2025/2026
The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced that its official recruitment portal (recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng) will go live in less than 24 hours.
This announcement was made in the early hours of Sunday, 13th July 2025, via the Board’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, as shown below:
https://techzeel.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/latest.jpg
Before We Get Started: Who are the CDCFIB?
The CDCFIB stands for Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Service Board. It is a Federal Government body responsible for overseeing the Recruitment, Promotion, and General Human Resource Management of four key Paramilitary agencies in Nigeria namely:
1. Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) 2. Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) 3. Federal Fire Service (FFS) 4. Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
Functions of the CDCFIB:
1. Cordinating and conducting recruitment exercises into any of the CDCFIB agencies 2. Overseeing appointments, promotions, and disciplinary actions 3. Ensuring compliance with federal government employment guidelines and quotas 4. Managing training, posting, and manpower development
They also ensure that recruitment is transparent, fair and based on merit, and that operations across the agencies are streamlined and standardized.
7 Common Mistakes Applicants Make and How to Avoid them
1. Inconsistent Date of Birth Across Documents Using different dates of birth on your NIN, BVN, and academic certificates can lead to automatic disqualification. Ensure all personal details are consistent across all official documents before applying.
2. Misplacing or Submitting the Wrong Credentials Many applicants lose track of their documents or mistakenly submit the wrong ones. Always double-check your credentials and organize them properly before and after submission. Also, make sure to go to with the original of those submitted documents during physical screening as other documents will not be accepted.
3. Disregard for Instructions Failing to follow instructions during the application or screening process is viewed as indiscipline and can lead to disqualification. Always adhere strictly to guidelines provided.
4. Multiple Applications for the Same Recruitment Submitting multiple applications is a red flag and often results in instant disqualification. Apply only once and make sure your submission is complete and error-free. Also, avoid applying for multiple organizations under the same board e.g CDCFIB.
5. Lack of Preparation for the CBT (Computer-Based Test) Going into the test without proper preparation can affect your performance. After application, try to make research and about the organization you applied for, this will help you prepare ahead of time.
6. Not Checking Emails Regularly Many candidates miss important updates because they don’t check their emails. Always check your inbox and spam folder after submitting your application.
7. Applying for Senior Positions Without Backup It is very difficult to get Senior-Level position at entry in any government organization in Nigeria as they mostly recruit junior positions. We strongly recommend applying for Junior-Level Positions then convert to Senior when you're already into the system and also eligible for conversion.
Conclusion
Securing a position through the CDCFIB Recruitment process or any government recruitment in Nigeria requires more than just submitting an application. Avoiding common mistakes such as inconsistent personal details, multiple submissions, and lack of preparation can significantly increase your chances of success.

tuoyoojo: I am not a supporter of tilumbu but this tax reform sweet my belle
It would make state to sit up and do the needful. When a state is not working and unable to pay salaries, the citizens of the state would not use bad belle eyes to look at the federal government, instead they would grab the state governors by the jugular and demand answers. This would make only people with innovation and foresight to contest for elective positions as anyone bereft of ideas would be eliminated naturally from the race
Furthermore, governors would try to ensure that peace prevails in their states as the lip service paid towards insecurity would end as only peaceful states that are investor friendly would draw investment
In addition, states would specialise in commodities that they have comparative advantage in producing. Plateau , Taraba and adamawa would want to invest in power, food processing industries and cattle production. Zamfara in production of jewelleries. Rivers and delta in addition to oil may want to open their sea ports, the west in cocoa production and processing.
This bill is a master stroke kawaii!!! You're intelligent, sir. |

People are even moving away from TVs and using projectors for home entertainment purposes. Do your research! Sir, can I use an Android TV box for a Panasonic Smart TV too? |

blackpanthar: I have NEVER seen MONEY betray or break up with its owner, but I have seen friends, family and wives damage the very person they claimed they once loved. GET GOD'S WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING then use them to GET THE BAGS OF CURRENCIES OF MONEY...... all other things will be added to you
EAT ACCORDING TO YOUR AGE NOT ACCORDING TO YOUR FEELINGS
IF YOU MUST MARRY, DON'T MARRY TOO EARLY OR LATE, MARRY WHEN YOUR MATURITY CAN HANDLE A WOMAN'S TRICKS AND THE FLOW OF MONEY, THEN YOU WILL HAVE PEACE
SPERM RETENTION MAKES YOU SMARTER AND MORE MOTIVATED, SPERM WASTAGE IN CASUAL SEX OR MASTURBATION DESTROYS YOUR ZEST FOR LIFE AND CRIPPLES YOUR ABILITY TO BE AT YOUR BEST GAME. STAY PURE.
WINE AND WOMEN are two greatest assassins your real enemies can use against you, avoid at all cost them till you are wealthy enough to replace them.
0-30 is your MORNING, 31-60 IS YOUR AFTERNOON, 60 AND ABOVE IS YOUR EVENING. These are number of your days, First 30 years is for LEARNING, the NEXT 30 years is for EARNING and the LAST 30 YEARS IS FOR YAWNING as you await death's sleep. KNOW THIS AND YOU WILL BE WISE IN WHOM AND HOW YOU SPEND TIME
SILENCE WILL TEACH YOU MUCH MORE THAN ASKING QUESTIONS ONLY IF YOUR BRAIN IS KNOWLEDGIBLE, SILENCE IS GOLDEN, USE SILENCE TO HEAR THE INTENTIONS BEHIND CASUAL SENTENCES AND JOKES. SO YOU KNOW WHO IS WHO
IF YOU DON'T ADMIRE THE REWARD(consequences) then don't acquire the EXPERIENCE(stealing, lying, sex, porrn, talkativeness, masturbation, over eating, etc).
USE PRAYER AND MEDITATION TO MAKE SURE A VERY POWERFUL SPIRIT IS ALWAYS PROTECTING YOU, LIFE IS VERY SPIRITUAL AND CAN ONLY BE LIVED AS SUCH
MARRY A WOMAN WHOM YOU WILL BE AFRAID TO CHEAT ON BECAUSE OF HER IMMEASURABLE VALUE TO YOU and BE SURE SHE TOO SEES YOU THE SAME. Never tolerate disrespect from any woman except your mother.
NO MAN WANTS YOU TO BE BETTER THAN HIM AT HIS CRAFT THAN YOUR FATHER, know this and KEEP YOUR BEST SECRETS TO YOURSELF.
THE FASTEST WAY TO KNOW WHO SHOULD BE YOUR WIFE IS TO OBSERVE WHO TAKES JOY IN SERVING YOU WITHOUT FEELING ENTITLED OR DEMANDING ANYTHING IN RETURN. MARRY HER AND MAKE HER A GREAT QUEEN.
TRUE EDUCATION CAN ONLY COME FROM EXPOSURE, TRAVEL ABROAD AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND IT BETTER
NEVER BE TOO VULNERABLE TO A WOMAN BECAUSE SHE CAN NEVER SEE YOU THE SAME WAY AGAIN, THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH THE ABILITY TO RAISING MEN, THEY CAN ONLY RAISE BABIES
GET MENTORED BY MANY WISE MEN AND YOU WILL BE WISER THAN YOUR PEERS AND YOU WILL AVOID MANY DESTINY MISTAKES THAT HAVE BECOME THE GRAVE OF MANY GREAT PEOPLE. MENTORS PRESERVE AND PROTECT YOU FROM TORMENTORS
MASTER THE GAME OF CHESS AND OTHER GAMES LIKE CALL OF DUTY, and the ALPHA LEADER AND STRATEGIST IN YOU WILL EMERGE
YOU WILL LEARN MORE FROM FAILURES THAN FROM SUCCESS, EMBRACE IT
hope this helps You're loaded! |
