SportsNigeria Is Trying To Go The World Cup Through Office - oliseh blast nff by Freshtruth(op): 2:28pm On Jan 27
World Cup 2026: Nigeria Trying to Qualify through Office ~ Oliseh

Former Super Eagles captain, Sunday Oliseh, has criticized Nigeria’s attempt to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup through complaints instead of performance on the pitch.

Speaking after the 2025 AFCON in Morocco, Oliseh said Nigeria failed to qualify by losing to DR Congo in the playoff and should accept responsibility for the result.

He reacted to reports that the NFF has written to FIFA, accusing DR Congo of using ineligible players during the match.

According to Oliseh, Nigeria should stop blaming others and focus on its own mistakes. He noted that the same players DR Congo used against Nigeria had played other matches without any problems.

Oliseh warned that protesting to FIFA has shifted attention away from those responsible for Nigeria’s failure.

“We should qualify through goals, tactics and hard work, not from an office,” he said.

RomanceOzo: Lesson For All Mem by Freshtruth(op): 10:37pm On Jan 25
The primary objective of why Ozo went into BBN house was to emerge as the winner of the reality show.

An instant shift occurred in Ozo's priority when he first set his eyes on Nengi. He chased after her relentlessly and got snubbed by the biracial babe. She wouldn't even let him rock her during their Friday night parties.

The harder Ozo tried to win Nengi's affections, the more rejections he received from her. When he was evicted from the house, he tried to kiss and got rejected by her.

Years later, the Nengi that Ozo was simping over had a baby out of wedlock. A man saw her better suited as his baby mama than his wife.

Ozo and Nengi's story should serve as a cautionary tale to men who love to chase women all over town. A one-time rejection from a woman is enough proof that she isn't interested in you. Walk away from her and seek more fruitful options.

Trying to convince a woman to accept your advances means that you have put her on a pedestal. You can't put a woman on a pedestal without compromising your masculinity.

No obirin is special. She farts loudly and poos like every human. Why should you act like your life is in her hands?

If she doesn't want to fcvk with you, leave her alone. Her loss.

"If you don’t have money as a man, stay away from a woman. We need money for maintenance. On a first date, you need to do something that will make me accept you fast.

Imagine asking me out on a date and taking me to Chicken Republic.. like, I don’t understand? There are other top-class places to go to. The place you take me determines if I will say yes or no to the relationship.

Why will a man spend ₦10k on a first date? That is not a r£d flag, that’s a r£d s£a. How can you spend ₦10k? Is it mama-put date? If you don’t have money as a man, stay away from a woman. We need money..."

- A Nigerian lady has ignited deb@te online after revealing that the type of restaurant a man takes her will determine if she will date him or not.

PoliticsTrump Please Give Us Niger Delta Republic by Freshtruth(op): 8:57pm On Jan 25
An Appeal to President Donald J. Trump on the Protection of Nigerian Christians and the Case for a Niger Delta Republic 2026

Mr. President Donald J. Trump,
45th President of the United States of America,

I write to you as a concerned voice from the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, a land rich in resources yet burdened by decades of marginalization, insecurity, and injustice. This appeal is made in the spirit of your well-known commitment to religious freedom, national sovereignty, and the protection of persecuted Christians worldwide.

Nigeria today stands at a dangerous crossroads. Christian communities, particularly in the Middle Belt and Southern regions, continue to suffer from relentless attacks by Islamic extremist groups. These attacks have led to mass displacement, loss of lives, destruction of churches, and the erosion of basic human dignity—often with little to no accountability from the central government.

The Niger Delta, though predominantly Christian and the economic backbone of Nigeria, has remained politically and economically sidelined. Our oil resources sustain the entire nation, yet the people of the Niger Delta live in poverty, unemployment, environmental devastation, and insecurity. While oil from the South is treated as national property, solid minerals such as gold in the North remain largely under the control of traditional elites and regional power structures. This imbalance has fueled resentment, suffering, and hopelessness among our youth.

Mr. President, the call for a Niger Delta Republic is not born out of hatred or rebellion, but out of survival, justice, and self-determination. Resource control, regional autonomy, and self-governance would allow our people to protect their communities, create employment, rebuild infrastructure, and safeguard Christian populations that are increasingly vulnerable under the current centralized system.

As part of any serious international effort to stabilize Nigeria, combat extremism, and protect Christians, the legitimate grievances of the Niger Delta must be addressed. Supporting the right of oppressed regions to self-determination aligns with democratic principles and long-standing American values.

We respectfully urge you to consider the Niger Delta Republic as part of a broader solution to saving Nigerian Christians, restoring justice, and preventing Nigeria from descending further into chaos. A peaceful, internationally supported restructuring—rather than continued marginalization—offers hope not just for the Niger Delta, but for all of West Africa.

History remembers leaders who stood for the oppressed when it mattered most. We believe your voice and influence can help bring global attention to this urgent cause.

Respectfully submitted,
