The railway should b maintained, let it function and the present administration can improve on it by changing the trains to modern ones and building more rail tracks, while dis retro trains can be used as intra state transport or cargo carrier and reduce road traffic and accident hazard caused by cargo carriers on d road....nuffin is a waste.
