Politics / The Last Card For Tinubu by FSU: 2:04pm On Jul 22, 2023
Between the cases of Obi, Atiku and APM party, Tinubu will be either disqualified or the election cancelled. The many evidences are overwhelming. The only option for Tinubu is to pressure the judges. He needs only to convince one judge to resign, and the case will be stalled and become time bound. After 180 days the case will be dismissed according to Nigerian laws. If Tinubu succeeds in retiring the judges, he has created another strategy for politicians to rig the system. Just load a greedy judge with money and make them resign or retire and enjoy their money in peace.

Politics / Question For The Tribunal Judges by FSU: 6:19pm On Jul 19, 2023
The Judges should be asking the question of where Tinubu got his votes from to be declared winner by INEC. It is only in NAIJA that someone who won election in the greatest number of states (12+ FCT) would come third. INEC's abracadabra no get mate. Keep in mind that the person who was declared to have won the highest votes did not do so in Lagos, Kano, Katsina, Kaduna, and Rivers (ignoring the massive rigging by the governor). These five states are those with historical high voter turnout, although BVAS has now proved that history was based on manual overvoting.
Where did Tinubu get the lawful votes from to be declared winner? These judges better do the needful ooooo

What nonsense bold steps exactly? Is Nigeria better today than on 28th May, 2023? Sycophancy, not corruption will destroy this great country. Tinubu is not good for Nigeria. His lifetime ambition is to be president. That has been fulfilled. The judiciary should do the right thing and sack the sick, old, super corrupt drug baron and mandate thief.
No mind them. Typical of some YORUBA to hype non-performance. In any case his presidency is illegitimate, and the court would see to that.

Politics / Senator Bamidele Helped Obi To Defeat Tinubu In Court by FSU: 8:11pm On Jul 06, 2023
In court yesterday, Peter Obi’s lawyer asked Tinubu’s witness whether the drug money forfeiture that Tinubu made to the US government to the amount of about $460K was civil or criminal in nature. The witness, ''Sinator'' Bamidele (elected yesterday as the senate majority leader and a self-acclaimed legal practitioner in the US) replied that it was civil in nature. Then the lawyer asked him whether he knows the section of the US law in which the forfeiture was based. The witness replied with a strong yes and went ahead to quote the section. The section he quoted is called 18 U.S.C. § 982. Obi's lawyers agreed and the judges took notice. Now, it happened that forfeitures made under 18 U.S.C. § 982 are criminal in nature. They are in fact called CRIMINAL FORFEITURES. So, Tinubu’s own witness just nailed his master on the cross. In these links,
https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/246/18usc982.pdf
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/982
18 U.S.C. § 982 states
(1)
The court, in imposing sentence on a person convicted of an offense in violation of section 1956, 1957, or 1960 of this title, shall order that the person forfeit to the United States any property, real or personal, involved in such offense, or any property traceable to such property.
Now what does 1956 say? It says:
(1)Whoever, knowing that the property involved in a financial transaction represents the proceeds of some form of unlawful activity, conducts or attempts to conduct such a financial transaction which in fact involves the proceeds of specified unlawful activity—
Now what is unlawful activity? 18 USC § 1956(c)(7)
specified unlawful activity as
(7) the term “specified unlawful activity” means— (A) any act or activity constituting an offense listed in section 1961(1) of this title except an act which is indictable under subchapter II of chapter 53 of title 31; (B) with respect to a financial transaction occurring in whole or in part in the United States involving— (i) the manufacture, importation, sale, or distribution of a controlled substance (as such term is defined for the purposes of the Controlled Substances Act);
Now what is controlled substance?
They include cocaine, heroin, cannabis and thousands of other drugs and chemicals. See full list here https://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/.../ora.../c_cs_alpha.pdf
(section 422 of the Controlled Substances Act (relating to transportation of drug paraphernalia)
Obi’s lawyer set a trap for Tinubu’s witness, and he fell into it like an olodo rabata. Now you know why Tinubu called only one witness. The more witness they produce the more they fall into a hole.
Obi is president in waiting.😀😀😀😀😀😀

Why is Ebonyi consistently the poverty capital of the South East? That state is the 9th MOST poor state in NG. In contrast, the other 4 SE states are among the 11th LEAST poor states in NG, with Abia and Anambra ranking 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
Why is Ebonyi starkly different from other SE states in this regard?
Ebonyi is a great State that can do way better. God bless Ebonyi

The darker your state, the poorer you are, says the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics. If you disagree go to court.

This is the most current poverty study in Nigeria

Poverty in NG in 2022 according to the NG Bureau of Statistics. 133 million people out of 216 million are multidimensionally (health, education, living standards, work, shocks, and child development and survival) poor (MDP).
See who is affected
1. North vs. South: 65% vs. 35%

2. 10 most MDP states (in order of poverty; by %)
Sokoto
Bayelsa
Gombe
Jigawa/Kebbi (tied)
Yobe
Plateau
Taraba
Zamfara
Ebonyi
Borno

3. Katsina (home of the present president) is the 14th poorest State. Shame on Buhari
Ogun, though strategically located close to Lagos is the 17th poorest state. Shame on Ogun

4. 10 least poor (in order of least; by %)
Ondo
Abia/Lagos (tied; Lagos is at least 40% Igbo populated)
Anambra
Ekiti
Edo
Imo
Osun
Delta
Kwara
Oyo
Enugu is number 11 (after Oyo)

From data above, three SE states are among the 10 least poor, 4 out of 5 are in the first 11 least poor. SE is the 5%ters of Buhari. SE is the most federally neglected region in NG.
Bayelsa is a huge surprise; quite disappointing in the MDP. Bayelsa has the lowest population in NG and is not poor by income but very so in MDP. It has lots of fish, aquatics, and oil and gas. Jonathan, the last president, is from Bayelsa. What is the problem?
In that order, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Sokoto, and Jigawa have the highest number of poor people. Increased population is the problem. The North must curtail its population. The North always wants to win elections; hence, it indulges in a high human breeding rate. But it is breeding poverty by the tens of millions simultaneously. Yet, northerners have led Nigeria far more than other groups. They have not been able to fix Nigeria. Katsina, is home state of the current president.
Buhari's and Tinubu's Trader Moni did not work. COVID-19 added only 5 million more poor people. So even if you remove COVID-19, poverty rate is still very high. APC has failed woefully. It would be a big disaster to reelect the party.

Politics / Musings On Peter Obi's Recent Detention In The Uk by FSU: 3:16pm On Apr 14, 2023
Copied from Facebook

Someone is said to have impersonated Peter Obi in the UK recently, which led to Obi being detained briefly at the Heathrow airport this week. He has since returned to Nigeria and the UK authorities apologized for the mix-up.
A few questions Obi's people should be asking:
1. Does the impersonator have a Nigerian passport and impersonated Obi with it? If yes, when was the passport issued? If after February 25, then APC must be involved.
2. What is the person's real name? If a Yoruba name, then tribalism must be involved. if an Igbo name, then betrayal for money must be involved.
3. How long did it take to obtain the NG passport, if indeed the passport was Nigerian? If the answer is 1 above, then the federal government represented by the Immigration service is also involved. Those of you with NG passports knows how long it takes to obtain a passport. No be beans and yam.

If a UK passport is involved, it suggests Obi is a dual citizen. If you are a dual citizen, can you be president of NG?

Today, senility has eaten his brain like an amoeba. You have zero moral standing on anything. You destroyed the National Road Safety Commision upon appointment by Babangida. Politics / Welcome To The Country Of Balablu Bulaba, Where Anybody Can Be President. by FSU: 3:08pm On Mar 01, 2023
Welcome to the country of balablu bulaba, where anybody can be president.
Some musings for the day.
Where did INEC procure the BVAS Machines from? Someone should visit the company and "look around" before another election in 4 years. There's a lot to learn from there.
Everything is coming together now. I was wondering why APC would fight itself during the last month over Naira repackaging. They sold you something to talk about while colluding behind the scene with the BVAS producer to play a fast one on you. They succeeded.
For those who voted for competence and a new direction, God bless your effort. You won but you were rigged out by the BVAS company in collusion with INEC and APC. I hope Obi remains in Labor Party and build it up. It's only 4 years. I suggest Obi visits all 36 states and Abuja and thank them. Obi, you must continue to be different from balablu and Atiku. Those ones go forget Nigerians in the next 1 week. Obi achieved a lot in less than one year. He is the only winner here. The rest are losers, including Tinubu, Atiku, Buhari, and INEC. Buhari's name is written in pencil in the history books of NG. He came twice (1984 and 2015), he killed the country twice, and left ingloriously twice.
For those who voted for Atiku, you need to listen to Fayose from his interview on TVC (Ah! But TVC belongs to Tinubu. There's always a comma everywhere in that country) and run for your dear life from PDP, the sinking ship. Atiku, happy final retirement. If you come back again in 2027 you are a mumu man. You ruined PDP and it's all on you. And, you better don't go to court to fight this one. You planned with Okowa and Tambuwal to out-rig Tinubu, but the old wily tortoise outwitted you. The audio of all three of you discussing rigging strategies would stare you in the face in court and expose you for what you are: a rigger like Tinubu. My wish came thru for you. It is unacceptable for a Fulani to replace a Fulani. I can live with Tinubu rigging himself in, but a win by Atiku would have been devastating for NG.
I hope Labor Party can provide the opposition to an incompetent ruling party, something APC did very well against PDP, but PDP could not do against APC. Your country needs a strong opposition party. That's the only way to keep a ruling party in check. Learn from the Democrats vs the Republicans in the US.
As for Oluomo and his thugs in Lagos, one day monkey go go market and him no go return. For now you may have the Tinubu-given cover to become the king of Lagos thugs and do what you wish with non-Yoruba Lagosians. But a day shall come for you.
Just wondering if all those SANs, preaching and moralizing journalists, and Civil Society groups with video evidences of what Oluomo and company did to disenfranchise voters in Lagos can take Oluomo to justice just for the sake of public good? I would do it if in a position to do so.
Wike, the empty barrel that makes the most noise. Your role is ambivalent for me. You did a good job helping to flush Atiku down the drain. But you finished with the job of executive thug who brought another thug into power. For your "good" job, you will never be president (everyone saw how jealous of Obi you were). After this what next? A ministerial position from Tinubu. Would that be worth what you did?
In closing, I had my situation room where I followed the election from mutiple systems simultaneously. I can boast of understanding what took place despite not being on the ground. You only need to put everything together to create a picture. The process clearly shows there's a big problem with being a Nigerian. Therefore, I have decided to mind my business. My NG passport expired recently and I was going to renew it if Obi became president. I am no longer renewing it. It's over. Like these Kenyans in the pictures below, I will only talk about NG in mockery of the new president. Lace your shoes for the next 4 years.
