It depends on how you want it. But for maximum muscular growth, i usually advice people to train each body-parts on separate days. For example the barbells when used for bench-presses is used to develop majorly the chest(pec) muscles while if it used to do standing curls, the stimulation goes straight to the biceps. The dumb-bells is one of my best free-weight being that with it i can hit the pec,biceps, triceps, deltoids as well as my wings.

Teachers are really trying , you will have to mark assignments, test , exams and still record the marks, make lesson notes bla bla bla..... suffer no be small plus the talking too. The kids are very lazy, they don't want stress and the parents aren't helping.


All you need to do is just make friends with any nice male teacher on ground if you are a lady and if you are guy look for any nice female teacher to put you through.

this is 3 years of graduation with no job, ran up and down but couldn't find any, now I'm about to take a teaching job in one of the secondary schools around,I've discussed with the proprietor,
Now the problem is this, I've never taught in any school before,what is it like? Where and how do I begin to teach these students? do I start from scratch? which is "definition of a subject"

what about their register where I'll record their scores,how do they prepare it?is it just writing all their names and specify a box where to put marks, I never knew I would ever become a teacher,now the wind of life has blown me to it,I have no choice

So how was your first time in teaching job,how did you start?did you have any guide? Please is their any book like "teachers guide for beginners" that can give me a clue on

Because destiny is not a physical thing or a destination to arrive at, you cannot for a fact be lead or pointed to it by anyone or thing.

Hence discovering your destiny is discovering your creator. Your creator has made and positioned you in this earth for a reason and until you find, seek and allow him guide you genuinely, one cannot fulfill destiny.

It's like a product and its producer. All issues and problems related to the product can be sloved by its producer. E.g a bmw car not matter the issues can be sure to be sorted at its manufacturing office or outlet.

This is the same principle that applies to we humans. Our creator who has created you for a purpose is the only one that can relate that purpose to you which is your 'destiny'.

when I make that promise,I had in mind of where to get the money even till now I still have where to raise the money from,its just delaying

I understand you, it can happen to anyone. I do own God some time, but I don't let even my closest friend know about it. Its love that should drive us to do something. The way you sounded was to me as if you wanted to just discredit the pastor. There is no gainsaying the fact that there are hungry pastors and fraudsters in the church, but we should always consider the result of dragging God's name to the mud in a bid to score a point or make our friends laugh.

Please next time try to keep your covenant with God or man personal. Also always take responsibility for your actions as a man. But try to be a man before taking the action so that the responsibility can be bearable.

It is unfortunate you don't know what a vow is. If you go to a church be yourself, don't do things because others are doing it. If I don't have offering, I sit tight on my sit. I don't go out to borrow and give offering. If there is a vow in my church, I don't vow until I hear God say do so or I have to pay for the vow. Why?

Ecclesiastes 5:4, "When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed."

The pastor is doing you a great service though he may not know. Don't tempt God, go and fulfill your vow. And be cautious next time to be a man for once by living by a principle. Stop being moved by opinion and circumstances.

Hi
i have read your post and you have to back up whatever you do with the word of God. There are many prohets in Nigeria due to peoples desperatation. MFM deliverance is DIY nobody will 'see' for you!
On the other hand, the prophet will see and get you out but MFM equips you to MAINTAIN your blessing.
Depending on your pastors maturity he can advise you right/wrong.
Btw which church is the other one?

the other one is not a church,its a mid-week prayer service, the prophet himself is a roman catholic
