Hi,i just got this modem,its not popping or showing at all on my laptop,is the modem good at all?

the instruction says except u have seven green bar on your acct information,before u ll be able to apply,mine is having six greens except that of personal information,I keep on trying to update yet their is no result.pls anyone on update on how to go about this?

Pls pals, after I filled page 4 which is my certificate, cv, and nysc num,i submitted and it took me back to page one, Pls does that mean my registration wasn't successful?, I can't register again. Please am confused.
