Later after I blocked him on what's app he called me and sent babygal4eva to also convince me to let sleeping dogs lie....i continued to assist him with my ladies and when he complained that happiness was not giving him the needed support I stepped in and paid him more than half of his cash without proof oh pending when he would provide the evidence

At this juncture I had already told him that all the payments that came from me had no issue and he said correct? I now told him that rarestrandhairs was my partner and that even if any payment from her had any issues I would do my best to get her to pay him off since she actually paid him but I was going to ensure she refunded him once he had also provided her and her source all the necessary documents showing that boa had withheld her funds and closed her account? To the extent that I provided him with their personal lines and full access to them while we all exchanged updates daily.....

He agreed and when we asked for further proof look at his replies? You can even see that at this point he was in direct contact with happiness and patience....courtesy of me?

The next thing otunba called me that the $3000 which was paid by rarestrandshair and happiness on my behalf had been put on hold by boa....that their fraud unit called Fatima and said they would be witholding the cash and closing her account


We then asked for an official document from them since the bank always documents these things but this is what he and Fatima claimed boa sent?




That they also called her and sent a text from the fraud unit that we never saw?


Now keep in mind this man and his madam had insulted both I and rarestrands and patience on what's app countless times and all he was concerned about was a refund without complete proof? Meanwhile he had forgotten that his babe had already tried to claim she had not accessed our previous payment only for us to see it in her account? So who should have been doubting who at that time?

There was a technical issue from the bank that rarestrandshair contact paid from so even after his $2057 cleared he asked for a refund on the one that did not clear and guess how much the scammer paid him back even while on the run?

Well along the line mr dowjones and his Fatima bunny claimed our payment of $2057 out of a total of $5881 which had been done in line with reaching his total of $8500 had vanished into thin air? He also claimed that the initial $3000 from pnc had also not reflected? I told him these payments go through fraud checks and usually need about 24 hours to process and clears but him and his madam had already started accusing us of fraud and wanted their cash back......he said that the cash was taking too much time to clear as seen below!


I now said no wahala....but as a PI I don't do refunds on gist.....i asked him and his girl to kindly send us a screen shot of her current balance so that we could determine if she had actually not accessed the $2057 she was claiming was gone but please review his answer and her reasons for not doing so!!!!!

Moving on after receiving in excess of $5881 from both me and happiness....he finally received a payment of $3000 from pnc bank which is actually miss patience and rarestrands main source of funding.....now keep in mind I was making some of these payments on his behalf without even collecting his complete naira payments from him....sometimes he would confirm his babe had received dollars before paying me....but I on the other hand always refunded him completely whenever my source could not meet his demand!


So even when he had no access to funds....the bloody scammer always still funded his darlings account while rarestrands and patience were stuck waiting for his access

But I am a rude goat anyway so this is how a rude wicked goat runs business....by doing favors....

$8000 or $9000 to be made to the account I have posted earlier....at this point he had received $3500.....so he needed a balance of $5000 sent to her account....and I explicitly told him it would be $2000 and $3000 sent separately as shown in the screen shot!


Now....whenever I need small funds rarestrandshair is my only source or sometimes onatisi.....i do not deal with any other sellers on NL in order to avoid issues. Rarestrands is a personal friend and my partner in forex deals so I feel comfortable dealing with her and her alone. She also has a friend who lives in south Africa named patience and rarestrands has vouched countless times for miss patience and in her defence I have paid out close to $150,000 to my numerous clients both offline and online using her source and we never had any issue until we met this Victor boy!


At this point we had paid him almost $7000....this is the evidence of the payment that rarestrandshair and her contact made;

On the 23rd of April this man came to me to help him procure funds into his girlfriend who works in a jail as a correctional officer in the usa....he had heard that I sell bulk and clean funds and this brought him to my attention!




Initially he brought a scam case involving Ammc and teamb to my attention of which I had acted as the escrow and he asked for my advice of which I gave him. I even helped him source the scammers bank details from my personal records and sent then to him....after. That was done and dusted he decided to join the long line of satisfied customers who always come to me for funds free of drama or those who get paid instantly once I buy funds from them.

I am at the top of that chain and because I am not a self centered greedy monster like the victim I allow most of these nairaland dealers sell to my clients or I even help them move their funds when they need money....it also works both ways so when I need small funds I buy from them too! [s]I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY FUNLORD. (this is for anyone who plans on doing future business with him)

… and for the moderators who will attend to this case. there is no grey area in business, its either you’re good or bad.

I will summarize to save everyone’s time. (i have left out all evidences and details of middlemen. i will provide all these on request by moderators)

1. i ordered for USD deposits from funlord to a BOA account

2. funlord wires $3,000 (one of several payments)

3. the bank calls the next day to inform that the funds were fraudulent and they should be contacted for further action

4. bank offers me (i use my friends account) to reverse funds to the sender or keep it and possibly face charges

5. i inform funlord and he suggests i reverse it

6. funds were reversed, banks put the funds in a HOLD ACCOUNT ( because its under investigation) and my bank account was closed.

7. at this point i demand for a refund but funlord accuses me of being a scammer because there was no proof of a closed account or email from the bank (i later realize that a third party company handles the bank’s fraud cases and they will not communicate with you for legal reasons)

8. i suggested that the account sender goes to her bank to claim her money and end this issue. but funlord says the lady has been going to the bank and the bank cannot help (i will prove this is a lie)

9. after some research,i find out that the funds CAME FROM A DEAD PERSON’S ACCOUNT and the person who sent the money is just a next of kin (enough reason for a bank to suspect fraud even when there’s none)

10. with this information i thought funlord will finally arrange a refund. instead he blocked me. I have been blocked by funlord for over 3 weeks and i have been speaking to his middleman. who on legal grounds, has no business with me. (funlord who i did business with pushes me to a middleman and blocks me)[/s]
