He was assisted by the covering fire of other legit traders here and I think the mods should be aware of his true identity

Hello . I have abided by your judgement that you, the parties involved and the moderators had suggested and gotten the lady who he had paid my initial payment to grant his request. I have also given him the exact figure I always maintained he was owed by me since may which was N326,000. He has now been refunded fully by rarestrandshairs and me. I will also like to let dowjones know that there is no hard feeling in business. I tried to ease his pain by refunding him during investigations but it turned out that some stubbornness as well as anger between me him and rarestrandshairs must have cost us time and money. At the end of the day everyone knows what I stand for and I intend to continue to do my business as an open book and to still help those who feel the need to contact me for any sort of service needed. This apology is not meant to attract any client's but to prove that notwithstanding I am not what I am always portrayed to be. The scammers can come and jump on this post too and enjoy themselves...I have no words for them except to apologize to dowjones and all parties involved on behalf of me and my partner. She will be sanctioned as well so that this sort of thing will never come around me again. Thanks to all my well wishers and those who had my back both in private and in public. A great scammer came here to continue to help dowjones and company achieve his aim of soiling my name but he foolishly forgot that he had scammed a friend of mine and i had spoken to him with another number to determine his voice before I started chatting him. I only needed his account details and that even though I blocked him first I still had the complete conversation in place. Look at how formerly trusted traders are now defenders of a thief currently on the run just because it seemed he had set up funlord. Do you people have no shame? Madam blackmail is also quiet after realising that the man who contacted me using her name is her person offline? Why is a scammer who tried to scam me and Tokyo last year and which you personally paid our money on behalf of still using you as an escrow? A crook I had flagged years ago along with others here? you are busy editing posts and back biting everyone else forgetting that you have issues? 1. He has been very active during the saga just to make himself popular.

2. He created a thread outside of here requesting people to leave their phone details without him leaving his contact details (reason: so that you can't sniff him out if he has an issues pending with his number or his number is tried to another moniker that has been pulled down)

Well I surely know its none of my business if you may say but I believe in being alert at all times and never letting our guards down.

Now back to where I started from: about his comment on funlord, yes if you use the current event and past event on funlord to tag him whatever you tag him, I have got no issues but when you bring up a case again him when you know he can't answer than surely you have other things in mind.

Let me help you fault your claims:

1. Your business associates contacted funlord, meaning whatever business your associates does is what you are also involved in doing, so if they are scammers you are also a scammer. The conversation says just one thing, that you had a plan from the beginning of the conversation in the chat.

2. Was it actually you or your business partner that contacted funlord, that you can't mention a moniker in the conversation?

3. What's the phone number of your business associates?

I raised the flag. In fact, it lead to the closure of this thread before reopening. But I later consented (the decision that I regret till date) to the deletion of those posts due to the following reasons

1. Because the person he cheated later started shivering when fun.lord told him he won't pay him if he didn't write positive about him and remove his previous post. The guy came here and wrote what funlord requested. I looked very stupid to the audience here

2. Because a WhatsApp group was created and a mod was added to settle the case. It was mentioned that the other regular scammers would only exploit the situation and because fun.lord was actively fighting scammer (albeit he has his motive too), making the red flag available would cause more harm than good.

Nevertheless, I do warn people to be careful when trading with funlord
