Our company is a top-notch Real Estate firm based in Ikeja, Lagos. As a result of expansion we seek to recruit Marketers/Business Development Executives to market housing units targeted at the High Network down to the Middle Class Social Economic Class.
Responsibilities/Duties
• Sales Canvassing
• Educating Prospects on Product attributes and benefits
• Identifying and Developing Business opportunities
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
• Closing of deals
• Managing relationship between the organisation and Its Clients/ Prospects
• Following up on Clients and ensuring payments are made as at when due without default

Person Specification

A good and verifiable track record in Sales, Marketing and or Business Development
Previous Experience as a Marketer in a Bank, other Financial Institutions, Real Estate Firms and other Sectors of the Economy
Good networking skill
Rich contact base especially of HNIs , Middle Class (ABC Social Economic Category)
A good University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Confident and Persuasive Personal

Remuneration

I will need your advice with regards to a "change of name" issue.

I intend to change my surname for some personal reasons,I got married 2 years ago and my wife already changed her name to my present surname,my daughter also have my present surname on her birth certificate.

While I dont envisage so much issues with my own name change .I am wondering If i my wife can change her name twice (after just changing her surname less than two years ago because of her marriage to me). What about my daughter,do i need to contact the national population commission to get a new birth certificate or what?

Can we also do a joint name change or it has to be done individually? Pls advise
