isnt that too expensive?, a plot of land in Arowojobe estate should go for about N20million naira, 1520sqm is barely 3 plots, N250Million is too much |

My client needs a piece of land or building in Maryland axis (preferably Mobolaji Bank Anthony) or any other prime area around to build a school, anything from 1400 square metre upwards is okay.
