First,The winners of lifes game arent those who have never tasted failure, but those who have tasted failure again and again but never gave up! Regret mail is no big deal.u applied for urself or ur friend, its no big deal still. I just got dropped after from a unilever recruitment for sales army through adexen after going tru about 5 stages and here I am proud because though I failed, I have learnt something that will surely help me 4 a later time. Advice: a success mail isnt a guarantee for job but an opportunity to compete more.wait a minute, do u av an idea of the number of trainees they take into unl or even other multinationals every year, highest 20, excluding banks ooo. Guys lets up our games and wishing everyone all the best, we need not attack anyone, but attack ourselves to bring out d wow factor in us, the wow factors that attracts offer letters from wow places like unl n its likes: 3 Likes |

So how about those that couldn't even assess any of the test? Their essays were not ok ? Lol Savant: Don't quote me but I'm pretty sure the portal was created to redirect test takers with a particular high percentage to the logical test. I know this because I witnessed 2 friends write the test one after the other for the same Supply Chain vacancy. The first just got an automated "you have completed the assessment" message whilst the second was redirected to the logical questions section. Needless to say we were sure of about 18 of the second persons answers as against the 13 of the first persons. |

Adexen is the recruitment agency used by Unilever for all their recruitment And from what I heard, the recruitment has just been handed over to them. So its better to do d needful, , which is act save by applying on adexen too. Disqualification bawo? When its not on the same site and the 2 sites aren't even merged together. Well I dnt work with any competing fmcg and I got the invite einstein_e: I doubt. A friend of mine said one of the guys at Adexen told him they were only going to call candidates already doing sales at competing FMCG companies for the test/interviews. |

Hello FBN hopefuls, FBN has started inviting successful candidates for the next stage and i think its real. i have been following this thread and i wish you all the best. you know the invitations are always in stages so be calm and prepare while you wait. this is what someone wrote on : I was invited to First Bank assessment center and was told it will involve the following; 1) Ability Test 2) Case study Review 3)Discussion / Role Play 4)Competency Based Interview Useful suggestions/summary of what each stage is about will be highly welcomed.
