i read part of this report and it is very funny to note that the government have only fulfilled 4% of its initialk promise....they have only been busy in the anti-corruption battle....they need to start acting fast in other to prove this report wrong.

it is good to know that things are changing now in Nigeria.....this change in particular seems to be a good one.....lets keep watching.
