Hello AbujaNIV and LagosNIV,

I am married with a child and I intend to apply for F1 visa at the moment. Although I have the I-20 for my child as dependent already (F2) but I don't intend to travel with her now. Please do I need to take her along with me for the interview.

You scheduled interview without knowing what SEVIS is? Anyways you need to pay it and have it reflect before your interview date. It's a cumpulsory by US Immigration.

You also have to bear in mind that SEVIS fee must be paid @ least 3 days before the interview day.

Pls can someone go for the interview with payslips or must it be bank statements.
